The “OK! Net” add-on package is offered to new and existing individual dtac prepaid customers. Subscribers will receive offers from this data add-on package (7% VAT excluded) as follows:

The selected package and service fee will be activated upon receiving confirmation SMS.
The selected package and service fee is valid for domestic use only, excluding international call service, roaming service, audio text service, special number service, other services and fees entailed in the service such as changing package fee. For downloading fee via service provider, a customer is obligated to thoroughly understand terms and conditions of service from each service provider before subscribing for any add-on services or downloads.
To subscribe for an add-on package, a customer is required to have sufficient credit balance in the account and minimum of 1 remaining day.
A customer can check the remaining usage and credit balance directly via the following channels:

The Internet service is the add-on service transmitting data with EDGE/3G/4G technology, provided by the network provider to its customers. There might be limitations in certain location and certain period. The speed of 3G/4G technology depends on service areas, number of users, connection device, and device setting. This means that Internet is not always readily available at max speed. Moreover, the traveling speed of connected devices could temporarily affect data transmission and the switch of transmission technology. Details of the service need to be studied prior to service subscription.
The customer subscribed to the add-on package can use Internet under the following conditions;
The package is for personal usage only and is strictly prohibited to any actions for commercial purposes (such as Internet shop, game shop, reselling, or Internet leasing), any use cases for call center or number leasing, or transmitting large amount of data which may affect other customers’ data usage experience (such as downloading contents from BitTorrent or connected to electronic devices or equipment that transmit large amount of data constantly). If found to be active on BitTorrent, the service provider reserves a right to automatically disconnect the customer from BitTorrent service.
If evidenced or suspected that the customer is actively downloading and/or uploading large files, is engaging in any activities that constantly transmits large amount of data unfitted for normal individual usage, is displaying usage behaviors that disrupt the services, or is causing unfair act which may lead to damage or may affect other customer usage experience and/or network or services as a whole, the service provider reserves a right to manage its network as deemed appropriate to maintain service standard and to ensure the best service experiences. The service provider may consider changing the package or limit usage and Internet speed of the customer as deemed appropriate. Note that the Internet speed reduction may be set lower than the original package.
The service provider reserves a right to restraint Internet hotspot, Internet sharing to other devices, or hotspot sharing that affects usage experience as a whole. The service provider has the right to limit usage, number of devices connected, and/or max Internet speed sharable as deemed appropriate.
The right to use 4G/3G/EDGE technology is as per selected subscription by the customer and shall remain in service within and out of 4G/3G/EDGE service areas.
The service provider reserves a right to manage the amount of data and transmission speed or connectivity to Internet service with fairness, integrity, and efficiency in managing telecommunication network.
The service provider does not support or associated with the customer to benefit from add-on package “dtac Internet” that violates laws or any service conditions. If evidenced to be true or received reports from certain individual, the service provider reserves a right to immediately terminate such service without prior notice.
This promotion is limited to individual communication only. Any actions for illegal commercial purposes and Voice over IP (VoIP) purposes are strictly prohibited. If evidences of commercial actions, commercial communication with third parties, Internet access that are against the laws, public order and social morality, are found, the service provider reserves a right to dismiss or terminate the service and privileges attached to this promotion. The normal service fee will be collected in each billing cycle.
The customers should thoroughly study terms and conditions of service, service fee, device setting, and service areas to fully experience the service. It is important to note that dtac Internet speed depends on time of service, number of users, and quality of transmission device. For data roaming, the service will be available in specific countries and with specific networks and fees.
The service provider reserves a right to change terms and conditions or price of the promotion without prior notice. The customer is acknowledged and agreed once the change is announced on website or other channels of the service provider. If the customer decides to change to another promotional package or to postpaid, this add-on package will be terminated. Once the promotion has reached its end period, the new service fee will be adjusted accordingly as subscribed by the customer, or the customer can choose to subscribe for other promotion at that point in time.
The new customer must complete registration by providing information and documents requested by the service provider to issue a new SIM card or subscribe for special offers or add-on package. The service provider reserves a right to suspend or terminate the service if the customer is found unregistered.
The customer allows the service provider to access and assess his/her personal data saved and stored in his/her smart identification card and other parties’ personal data that is given by the customer for any necessary purposes regarding telecommunication service, sales promotion and add-on service. In addition, the customer gives consent to the service provider to unveil, submit and/or transfer his/her personal data to third parties, both in Thailand and overseas, regarding the aforementioned purposes.
The customer must comply to Thailand’s Computer-related Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007). Any add-on SMS, MMS or dtac prepaid Internet must not be provided or allowed to public usage for commercial benefits or for violence and obscenity which are unlawful and contrary to public order, good moral or agreement, or any related laws. Such services shall not be used for threat, disturbance, violation, assault, invasion of privacy, or discreditation. This also includes any incurred loss or technical impact to network operator or other telecommunication networks. Any proof of non-compliance shall rightfully lead to immediate termination of service by the network operator. The customer must thereby take full legal responsibility and be proceeded in civil and criminal court.
