- Strategic Sales Leadership: Identify and target leads, build prospects for our Sales Platforms—with a strong emphasis on Direct Carrier Billing and bundling opportunities within the global MNO sector—and ultimately secure contracts. We seek proactive individuals skilled in discovering new opportunities.
- Partnership Development: Utilize your extensive network to establish and cultivate relationships with Over-The-Top (OTT) providers and content partners, creating value for both partners and MNOs. Strong relationship-building skills are essential.
- Industry Expertise: Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the global MNO industry, including key performance indicators, to help MNOs add value beyond basic connectivity services.
- Business Development: Introduce innovative software platforms and solutions to support Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) in enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiencies, enabling them to deliver value beyond basic connectivity. This initiative is not limited to Telenor Linx's existing offerings but also includes exploratory development and partnerships aimed at utilizing telecom assets in third-party products—such as the exposure and sale of telco APIs—as well as exploring how artificial intelligence can be integrated into our existing and new products and platforms.
We seek candidates with experience in documenting mobile operators' exposure of APIs to support external developer communities, as well as an understanding of the use of telecom APIs in third-party applications.
Candidates should have the ability to engage with customers and partners at all levels—from CxOs to the engineering community—to discuss industry trends, services, and the development of new services. - Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and report on sales pipelines, contributing to the optimization of sales processes within the organization.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular research and analysis on market trends and the competitive landscape to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Proven expertise in Direct Carrier Billing, bundling services, or other payment services.
- Experience in a complex, fast-paced sales environment within the telco, media, or content industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of international service sales, solutions-based selling, and a proven track record of securing significant deals.
- Deep understanding of the global MNO industry, including key KPIs and market dynamics.
- Established network with senior management in the mobile industry, along with experience working with OTT and content providers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data from potential customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, crucial for building relationships with customers and external partners.
- Personable and trustworthy, with the ability to establish long-term relationships on behalf of Telenor Linx.
- BSc/MSc degree in a relevant field.
- Location: Telenor Linx office in Bangkok.
