Turn roaming expertise into commercial impact across APAC.

Telenor Linx is looking for a Customer Success Roaming Manager to join our Roaming Commercial team in Bangkok or Singapore. You will take a central role in strengthening customer partnerships and optimising the wholesale roaming business for our Managed Roaming customers across APAC and beyond.

About the role

This is a role for someone who understands that great roaming performance is created at the intersection of strategy, customer partnership and disciplined execution. You will own the commercial development and performance of the wholesale roaming P&L for a portfolio of Telenor Business Units—mobile network operators using the Telenor Linx Managed Roaming Service.

You will be the commercial bridge between the customer Business Unit and Telenor Linx: translating customer priorities into clear commercial actions, aligning stakeholders and mobilising the right expertise across our Roaming Commercial organisation. Your goal is simple—help each customer secure the strongest possible wholesale roaming position and realise the full value of our partnership.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and retail roaming colleagues at the customer, while working closely with Telenor Linx roaming negotiators, coverage planning and delivery teams across Asia and Europe. The role combines strategic influence with hands-on follow-through and offers the opportunity to shape decisions, solve complex commercial challenges and see the results of your work. Occasional travel is part of building strong relationships and delivering together.

What you will own

· Own commercial performance: Optimise the wholesale roaming business and P&L for your assigned Business Units, while supporting retail roaming priorities and strategies.

· Set direction and create accountability: Agree ambitions, targets and success measures with each Business Unit, then lead monthly tactical reviews to track performance and drive action.

· Connect customer needs with Telenor Linx expertise: Turn Business Unit priorities into clear objectives for roaming negotiators and align the wider team around delivery.

· Become a trusted commercial partner: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the mobile network operators and act as their primary roaming adviser within Telenor Linx.

· Maximise negotiated value: Use traffic steering and commercial insight to ensure discount agreements are fully utilised.

· Shape coverage priorities: Work with the Roaming Delivery team which services to open with which roaming partners.

· Drive decisions with insight: Use data, market understanding and commercial judgement to identify opportunities, resolve issues and improve customer outcomes.

If you are driven by results, energised by international collaboration and ready to contribute to a winning team built on Trust, Curiosity and Passion, we would love to hear from you.

Who you are

· You bring genuine enthusiasm for wholesale roaming and Customer Success, together with a strong commercial mindset.

· You take ownership, move initiatives forward and turn opportunities into results.

· You are credible with customers and communicate clearly across commercial, technical and operational teams.

· You combine analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complexity and make sound decisions.

· You are a collaborative team player who actively shares expertise, asks for support when needed and helps others succeed.

· You are structured, thorough and comfortable working across multiple priorities.

· You enjoy working in an international environment and build effective relationships across cultures.

What you bring

· A bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in economics or a related field.

· At least five years of experience in wholesale roaming.

· At least five years of experience in business or account management.

· At least three years of experience analysing relatively large data sets.

· Experience with roaming services and partner relationships.
