Creating Sustainable Growth

According to a report by Transparency International (TI), in 2021, Thailand ranked 110th out of 180 countries on the Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) — falling six spots down the global rankings since 2020.

The report also pointed out that cooperation between political bodies and the private sector is the key to combating corruption worldwide.

Corruption in any form is a serious threat to dtac as it could tarnish the business, hinder fair competition and affect investor confidence and the country’s economic development.

4. We speak up

No Gift Policy

dtac employees are not allowed to offer or accept any items from people outside the organization. This is to guarantee that the business is operated with respect to ethical standards, equality and non-discrimination. Gifts offered as part of business etiquette and tradition are allowed provided that they bear dtac’s logo and are of low value.

Sponsorship and Donation Policy

All institutions and agencies seeking support from dtac must pass an assessment to ensure that the donation will genuinely benefit the public and is not a vehicle for corruption.

Integrity Hotline

Our Integrity Hotline is an effective tool for our employees and business partners to fight fraud and help keep dtac safe. The channel allows them to report any suspicious behavior that may violate dtac’s Code of Conduct – and to do so anonymously via https://telenorgroup.integrityline.com/frontpage .
