Terms and Conditions of GO Travel SIM Add-on Package
- “GO Travel ” add-on package by dtac is for existing individual dtac prepaid customers.
- Service fee rates for “GO Travel” package (excludes Vat 7%) are as follows :
- GO Travel (ASIA-AUSTRALIA)
- 399-baht package includes 7 GB data for 10 days in ASIA-AUSTRALIA.
- 199-baht package includes 3 GB data for 3 days in ASIA-AUSTRALIA.
- GO Travel (WORLDWIDE)
- 899-baht package includes 7 GB data for 15 days in Worldwide.
- 499-baht package includes 3 GB data for 7 days in Worldwide.
- GO Travel package (neighboring countries)
- 99-baht package includes 2 GB data for 7 days in Cambodia, Malaysia and Laos.
- GO Travel (ASIA-AUSTRALIA)
- The package will be charged after subscription and will be activated once roaming network is detected within 30 days after the date of package subscription.
- When the add-on data package is fully used up, the Internet speed will be throttled to 128 Kbps.
- Fees for excessive outgoing calls, receiving calls, and SMS charged at normal rate of that specific countries.
- GO Travel SIM will be valid for 30 days after SIM card activation. The duration of Internet usage will be determined by the selected package. To subscribe to the add-on package, SIM card must have at least 1-day validity remaining and sufficient balance to purchase the add-on package.
- In case the add-on package is subscribed while the main package remains valid, the system will calculate validity from the first day of add-on subscription until completion in parallel with duration of the main package.
- The package is valid in specific countries and networks only. For other unlisted countries, the service will not be available.
- Data speed is subjected to overseas network operators.
- The package period starts from date and time that the package is activated and ends on the last day of the package
(24-hour based, Thailand time). - The customer is prohibited to make profit from the package in any illegal cases and in the Voice over IP (VoIP) service. If there are evidences of business interests or commercial contact with other parties or access to the Internet that are against the law, social harmony, and social morality, the provider reserves the right to immediately restrain or terminate the service and cancel promotion privileges of the violating phone number.
- The Company reserves the right to manage network as appropriate in order to ensure network quality for all users. The Company may consider limiting or reducing bit torrent usage, download or upload bit file or any usage that consumes big data volume that could impact network quality for other users, affect use, or cause injustice or damage to other users or the company's network or service. Reduce speed could be lower than what stated in package depending on usage, area and device.
- The Company reserves the right to change terms and conditions of the service without prior notice. The customer recognizes and agrees of any changes made and announced on the provider’s website or other channels.
- The customer allows the provider to necessarily access and evaluate personal data of the customer saved and stored in the ID smart card and in other forms given by the customer for the sake of telecommunication business, promotion, and others. In addition, the customer agrees that the provider (or the company) to reveal, submit and/or transfer personal data of the customer to other third parties, both local and abroad, for the aforementioned purposes.

- All medical expenses related to pregnancy and abortion
- Suicide or attempted suicide or self-inflicted injury whether being his/her own actions
- Any medication that is not prescribe by a doctor
- Any injury arising from the action of the Insured while under the influence of alcohol, addictive drugs, narcotic drugs to the extent of being unable to control one’s mind.
- While the insured is participating in extreme sports such as skydiving, rock climbing, and bungee jumping.

Q. Why add-on package? A. During the trip, if data (GB) of the roaming package runs out of quota and the speed is throttled or more validity days are needed, customer can subscribe to an add-on package to add more data and validity days…money-saving and more convenient than carrying 2 SIM cards while traveling.

Q. When to subscribe to the add-on package? A. It is suggested to subscribe to the add-on package after data (GB) or validity day of the roaming package run out as the add-on package is valid immediately right after subscription. In addition, the main international roaming package that comes with SIM card must have at least 1 remaining validity day and sufficient balance in order to subscribe to the add-on package.

Q. How to subscribe to the add-on package? A. Subscribe via USSD when in Thailand or abroad or via dtac call center by dialing 1678 when in Thailand and +662 202 8100 (free) when abroad. Make sure the balance is sufficient before subscribing.

No, they do not as customers start using SIM card abroad before June 1, 2019.
