The fees consist of 2 parts:

The fee is required as service subscription fee,
which is based on the current recommended retail price. -
Device replacement fee
The fee when device is needs to be replaced.
How many times of services?
2 times / 12 months
The 3rd and 4th times must be 12 months after 1st and 2nd service time respectively
Other conditions :
- A maximum of 4 devices can be subscribed to the service per 1 phone number (each device with different prices of package).
- The lifespan of eligible devices must not exceed 3 years since its first launch
- The service can be extended to 3 years consecutively, with automatic fee calculation and service renewal every year when reaching the end of the 12th month of that respective year. The cancellation can be done by pressing USSD *437*2#, check status and cancel.

Conditions of the service
- The service offers the device replacement for up to 2 times/year. Learn more about the service at click
- The IMEI number of the claimed device must be identical with that of the registered device.
- The receipt and product package must be kept as evidence in order to claim the benefit.
- The service fee is as agreed earlier – 15% for replacement with a registered device and 35% for replacement with no registered device.
- The customer is required to sign the consent form accepting the terms and conditions of the service.
- The customer is required to sign the form confirming that an important data backup must be complete before receiving the service.
- Once the device is collected by the service manager, it will be considered the property of the service manager.
- To receive the service, the customer must remain its status as dtac subscriber.
- The replacement device will adhere to the definition of “a mobile phone of a similar model*”.
- The replacement device is covered by a 180-day warranty, starting from the date that the customer receives the device.
- Device with service and operator limitation condition (KNOX Guard) is not eligible for SWAP+ package. please check the eligible device model list at dtac shop
- The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of service without prior notice

The replacement device is an after-sale service device, which has passed the inspection standard by the manufacturer (refurbished device) and also offers a 6-month warranty from the manufacturer.

- ในกรณี รับบริการ SWAP / Replace การชำระค่าบริการตามที่ตกลงไว้ในตอนแรก คือ 15% กรณีมีเครื่องแลกเปลี่ยน และ 35% กรณีไม่มีเครื่องแลกเปลี่ยน
- ผู้ใช้บริการ ลงลายมือชื่อเซ็นแบบฟอร์มการยินดียอมรับเงื่อนไขบริการ
- ผู้ใช้บริการ ลงลายมือชื่อ เซ็นแบบฟอร์ม การยืนยันว่าจะทำการสำรองข้อมูลสำคัญก่อนรับบริการ

How to calculate the fee?
The fees consist of 2 parts:

The fee is required as service subscription fee,
which is based on the current recommended retail price. -
Device replacement fee
The fee when device is needs to be replaced.

- The lifespan of eligible devices must not exceed 2 years since its first launch
- The service can be extended to 4 years consecutively, with automatic fee calculation and service renewal every year when reaching the end of the 12th month of that respective year. The cancellation can be done by pressing USSD *437*2#, check status and cancel.

- ผู้ใช้บริการ สามารถรับบริการซ่อม ไม่จำกัดจำนวนครั้งสูงสุดไม่เกินราคาเครื่องก่อนหักส่วนลด
- ผู้ใช้บริการ สามารถรับบริการ SWAP / Replace ได้สูงสุด 2 ครั้ง / ปี
- Imei ที่ขอรับบริการต้องเป็น imei เดียวกับเครื่องลงทะเบียน
- กรุณาเก็บใบเสร็จรับเงิน และ กล่องสินค้าไว้เป็นหลักฐาน ในการรับบริการ
- ในกรณี รับบริการซ่อมเครื่องไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม (ซ่อมได้ไม่จำกัดจำนวนครั้ง ภายใต้วงเงินสูงสุดไม่เกินมูลค่าเครื่อง)
- ในกรณี รับบริการ SWAP / Replace การชำระค่าบริการตามที่ตกลงไว้ในตอนแรก คือ 15% กรณีมีเครื่องแลกเปลี่ยน และ 35% กรณีไม่มีเครื่องแลกเปลี่ยน
- ผู้ใช้บริการ ลงลายมือชื่อเซ็นแบบฟอร์มการยินดียอมรับเงื่อนไขบริการ
- ผู้ใช้บริการ ลงลายมือชื่อ เซ็นแบบฟอร์ม การยืนยันว่าจะทำการสำรองข้อมูลสำคัญก่อนรับบริการ
- เมื่อส่งมอบอุปกรณ์แล้ว ให้ถือว่าอุปกรณ์นั้น ๆ เป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของ ผู้จัดทำบริการ
- ขณะเข้ารับบริการ ผู้ใช้บริการต้องยังคงสถานะเป็นลูกค้า dtac อยู่
- ลักษณะเครื่องที่เปลี่ยนหรือทดแทนจะอยู่ภายใต้นิยามของ “เครื่องโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ใกล้เคียงรุ่นเดิม*”
- เครื่องที่ได้รับเปลี่ยน หรือทดแทน จะอยู่ภายใต้การรับประกัน 180 วัน หลังวันรับเครื่อง
- เครื่องที่ติดสัญญาการซื้อเครื่อง (KNOX Guard) ไม่สามารถสมัครแพ็กเกจนี้ได้ โปรดตรวจสอบรุ่นที่ศูนย์บริการดีแทค
- บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

No, it is not. BEYOND is the service that ensures that the mobile phone of dtac subscribers is best taken care of with device replacement offer, whenever any unexpected incidents occur; for example, accidental water damage or damaged screen etc.
The service cannot be canceled in the first 12 months. However, from the 2nd year onwards, if the customer wishes to cancel the service, please notify the service provider before the payment due date by dialing *437*2#, clicking the link to access the status page, then proceeding the cancellation on that page.
