    Burma SIM

    1. Users who register for the service, from 15 June 2018:
      1. "DTAC Burma SIM" at the price of 49 baht (including VAT) will get a bonus gift valued at 15 baht and 50-megabyte internet. The bonus gift can be used with the following services:
        1. 1678 DTAC Call Center (3 baht service fee)
        2. Calls to numbers on the DTAC network. Calls to numbers outside the DTAC network, SMS, MMS (service fees according to the SIM's main promotion without the ability to buy additional promotions), Calls to special numbers, CPA service, IDD (calls to foreign countries), IR (service in foreign countries)
        3. Internet (service fees according to the SIM's main promotion)
        4. The bonus is valid for only 30 days after the SIM's activation date and cannot be returned, redeemed for cash or transferred to any other number.
      2.  "Special SIM for Burmese" at the price of 15 baht (including VAT) will receive the in-network call bonus of 20 baht and 50-megabyte internet with 15 active days.
      3.  "Special Burma SIM_D75" at the price of 29 baht (including VAT) will receive the in-network call bonus of 20 baht and 50-megabyte internet with 15 active days. ​​
    2. The service rates of "DTAC Burma SIM," "Special SIM for Burmese" and "Special Burma SIM_D75" will be applied automatically after a confirmation SMS message is received within 24 hours after service activation.
    3. Service rates of "DTAC Burma SIM," "Special SIM for Burmese" and "Special Burma SIM_D75" (VAT excluded)
      1. Calls to numbers inside the DTAC network: 
        1. During 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM, only the first minute will be charged at 1 baht and the call duration can be no longer than 60 minutes per one call. From the 61st minute: call will be charged at 1 baht per minute.
        2. During 06:01 PM - 05:59 AM, calls will be charged at 1 baht per minute. 
      2. Calls to numbers outside the DTAC network: Calls will be charged at 1 baht per minute; Fractions of a minute shall be calculated as one minute all through the 24 hours period.
      3. Sending of SMS messages: 3 baht per message/number/message
        1. Thai SMS messages: 70 characters are counted as 1 message (including vowels and spaces). 
        2. Thai and English SMS messages: 70 characters are counted as 1 message (including vowels and spaces). 
        3. English SMS messages: 160 characters are counted as 1 message (including spaces). 

          In the case of an SMS message which contains more characters than specified or has special symbols and other languages in the text, calculation of characters per message will vary based on the system's technical specifications. 

        4. Sending of MMS messages: 3 baht per message/number/message.
        5. Additional internet service: 2 baht per megabyte.
    4. Privilege of the free additional service of a call-waiting melody for the first month: 

      If users would like to continue using the call-waiting melody service for the next month, they can apply for the service through the following channels:

      • The above service rates do not include fees for international calls, automatic roaming service, WAP service, Audio text service, special number service and additional services other than the abovementioned privileges.
    5. The special privilege of service rates for long-distance calls to Myanmar via 00400 as described below (VAT excluded):
      1. Duration for the privilege is from the service activation date of "DTAC Burma SIM," "Special SIM for Burmese" and "Special Burma SIM_D75".
        1. Calls at 3 baht per minute to Telenor Myanmar numbers   
        2. Calls at 4 baht per minute to numbers of other networks in Myanmar  

          The minimum service rate is calculated at 1 minute for the first minute. The next minute is calculated based on sections. One section contains 6 seconds; for example, calling to Myanmar for 1 minute and 15 seconds will cost 4 baht for the first minute and 0.40 baht for the 3 sections of 15 seconds (6 seconds+6 seconds+6 seconds); and the total cost will be 5.20 baht. (The said service rate does not include the value added tax and the 004 international call service provided by dtac TriNet Company Limited.) 

    6. If a user switches to other promotional campaigns or to the registered system, the promotion shall be considered terminated. 
    7. This promotion is subject to the conditions stipulated by the service provider. The company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the service if it is found that users do not register their user information or the use of service is in such a manner that would cause technical errors or impact on services provided to other users, or the SIM card is used with other devices other than mobile phones, air cards or other devices according to the service provider's standards.  
    8. Users can learn about the terms and conditions of service and the promotion's conditions via No. 1678 DTAC Call Center. (The call fee is 3 baht per call.) The service provider reserves the right to cancel and/or change the promotion as deemed appropriate. Users will be notified when there is such change.

    Conditions of the promotion: "30-days Free Facebook, LINE and Viber"​

    1. Users of "DTAC Burma SIM," "Special SIM for Burmese" and "Special Burma SIM_D75" will be entitled to use the additional service of unlimited free Facebook, LINE and Viber for 30 days. This entitlement as described below will be automatically activated by the system after a confirmation SMS message is received.
      • Free Facebook, LINE and Viber for 30 days when activating a SIM card (for "DTAC Burma SIM" only)
      • Within 1 year after the SIM card's activation, every Top-up of 50 baht or more will provide the privilege of free Facebook, LINE and Viber for another 30 days from the date of Top-up.
    2. Users are entitled to use the additional service of 30-days Free Facebook, LINE and Viber for only 1 time. If customers have cancelled the 30-day Free Facebook, LINE and Viber, they cannot reclaim this additional service entitlement.  
    3. Users with BlackBerry phones who do not apply for BlackBerry additional services will not be able to use Facebook via the Facebook Application. They can use the service via http://m.facebook.com through APN WEB/ WAP only. 
    4. The Facebook, LINE and Viber additional service supports usage in Thailand only. If it is used in foreign countries, the service rate shall depend on the service provider in each of the countries. 
    5. Users must hold the Active status and the remaining cash balance must be more than 0 baht with the remaining active days of at least 1 day.
