Ignite Incubator fosters innovation and collaboration for the employees in Telenor Group. Employees are invited to submit an idea, develop a prototype, and launch a product ready for daily use.


The winning teams will join incubators located at dtac Hangar in Bangkok, Startup lab in Oslo, or Grameenphone Accelerator in Dhaka, to develop their ideas into testable prototypes. Their day jobs will be kept open and they will receive the normal salary during the three month’s period.

dtac House is one of the world’s most incredible offices reported by CNN. We don’t just provide a ‘house’ where employees can browse books and magazines in the library and exercise at the gym on the 38th floor before going home.


No office policy. The management does not have their own offices, so they sit among their team members, creating a non-hierarchical structure.
