Terms and Conditions
• Price included VAT.
• Campaign period 7 January 2025 – 30 June 2025
• Package period 30 days and auto recurring for 12 periods
• Receive rights to use iQIYI VIP, WeTV VIP and TrueID+ for 30 days. Register with a TrueID account.
• Receive rights to use VIU VIP for 30 days via SMS registration. Please register by using the mobile number associated with your package within 30days.
• Customers can receive the VIU code from gift box on the dtac app via an SMS link.
• Voucher code will be expire within 30 days after successfully applying the package.
• Use of BitTorrent, hotspot, commercial purposes or any use that affect the Internet efficiency in general are prohibited.
• Company reserves the right to cancel or change any term and condition without prior notice.
For iQIYI VIP
• Watch concurrently on 2 screens at the same time per account.
• Customers with an existing iQIYI VIP via TrueID app subscription cannot subscribe to the same package.
• The VIP period can be referred from “Me” tab on iQIYI application or iQ.com
• The application is available for Android 5 and iOS 11 or above.
• The specified service fee is for domestic use only. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
For WeTV
• Customers with an existing WeTV VIP via TrueID app subscription cannot subscribe to the same package.
• The application is available for Android 4.4 and iOS 9.0 or above.
• The specified service fee is for domestic use only. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
For VIU Premium
• Customers with an existing VIU Premium subscription cannot subscribe to the same package.
• The specified service fee is for domestic use only. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
T&C : True ID+
• This offer is limited to 1 mobile phone number /1 offer/1 month
• Customers with an existing True ID+ via TrueID app subscription cannot subscribe to the same package
• Customers have accepted and agreed renting TrueID+ Monthly and Yearly Recurring Package will be automatically renewed once applied, specifically on TrueID Application, TrueID Website, and TrueID TV Box
• The rental of TrueID+ Package cannot be refunded, changed to other packages or contents, transferred to other TrueID accounts
• Single TrueID account can watch TrueID+ Package on both TrueID Application and TrueID TV Box together with, at most, 2 devices.
• Any premium movie lists are as specified by the COMPANY.
• The COMPANY has the right to adjust premium movie lists without prior notification
• Any by chance, if the COMPANY finds any misuses, which could possibly deteriorate the COMPANY or the COMPANY’s reputation, the company has the right to terminate the package with prior notice
• TrueID+ package is the package for household entertainment service only. The COMPANY prohibits the package resell or any usages for commercial purposes.
