To access the Jolly Monti app, you are required to be a dtac pre-paid or post-paid customer and get connected to the internet (3G/4G/5G). Do I have to download apps?

Customers using Android and iOS mobile devices can learn and play on the Jolly Monti app directly, which can be easily downloaded via App Store and Play Store.

How do I fix course errors?

How do I unsubscribe from the service?

Customers can send C to 4510055 for weekly subscriptions or send C to 4510056 for monthly subscriptions.
Please note that the SMS name will vary depending on which Jolly Monti package customer is subscribed to.

Why am I not eligible for a free-trial?

If you canceled and resubscribed during the free trial period of your chosen package, your free trial will continue from where you canceled. In case your free trial ends, you will no longer be eligible for a free trial.
