- GO Travel package (Neighboring)
- For Postpaid customer, the package will be activated and charged once roaming network is detected within 30 days. If you possess multiple packages, all packages will be activated simultaneously. The permanent credit limit will be automatically adjusted with package fee.
- For Prepaid customer, the package will be charged after subscription and will be activated once roaming network is detected within 30 days after the date of package subscription. If you possess multiple packages, all packages will be activated simultaneously.
- Fees for excessive outgoing calls, receiving calls, and SMS will be charged at normal rate of that specific countries.
- Postpaid customer can still continue to use internet after package period ends and will be charged at 350 baht or 499 baht per day (excludes Vat 7%) based on roaming country. The customer can use non-stop data roaming at max speed for 1 GB. When used up, you can continue using data at 384 Kbps. Simply turn off data roaming at *124*3# to prevent extra charges.
- To prevent extra charges from receiving calls while roaming and calling back to Thailand, you can cancel call forwarding service by pressing ##002#
- Data speed is subjected to overseas network operators.
- The package period starts from date and time that the package is activated and ends on the last day of the package (24-hour based, Thailand time).
- International data and voice roaming service will be automatically activated as the package is being subscribed.
- The package is valid in specific countries and networks only. For other unlisted countries, the service will not be available.
- The customer is prohibited from making profit from packages including Voice over IP (VoIP) service in any illegal cases. If there are evidence of business interests or commercial contact with other parties or access to the Internet that are against the law, social harmony, and social morality, the provider reserves the right to immediately restrain or terminate the service and cancel promotion privileges of the violating phone number.
- The Company reserves the right to manage network as appropriate in order to ensure network quality for all users. The Company may consider limiting or reducing bit torrent usage, download or upload bit file or any usage that consumes big data volume that could impact network quality for other users, affect use, or cause injustice or damage to other users or the company's network or service. Reduce speed could be lower than what stated in package depending on usage, area and device.
- The Company reserves the right to change terms and conditions of the service without prior notice. The customer recognizes and agrees on any changes made and announced on the provider’s website or other channels.
- The customer allows the provider to necessarily access and evaluate personal data of the customer saved and stored in the ID smart card and in other forms given by the customer for the sake of telecommunication business, promotion, and others. In addition, the customer agrees that the provider (or the company) to reveal, submit and/or transfer personal data of the customer to other third parties, both local and abroad, for the aforementioned purposes.
