- Long Validity SIM mobile customers activated will be charged by the following rate and entitled to the following benefits
- Long Validity SIM service rate upon receiving confirmation SMS within 24 hours from activation will be as follows (7% VAT excluded)
- 0.99 Baht/minute for calls to all networks
- 3 Baht per SMS per receiver. 3 Baht per MMS per receiver. For the Thai-language or the combined Thai-English SMS service will be 70 characters per 1 message. (Including vowels, spaces, and numbers). English-language SMS service will be 160 characters per 1 message. (Including spaces and numbers) In the case where the characters in the SMS exceeded the limit or including any special characters or any other language, the number of characters per message will differ based on the technical limitation of the system.
- 1.99 Baht per 1 MB of internet service.
- After activation, the Long Validity SIM user will be entitled to the free internet usage and voice call of the application on your selected package conditions:
- Free Unlimited internet at max speed 15Mbps valid for 3 months with Free Voice call to any network 24 Hr. (15 minutes per call) max 60 minutes/month Excess rate 0.99 baht/minute (exclude VAT). Users will not be notified when the call exceeds 60 minutes.
- Free Unlimited internet at max speed 15Mbps valid for 6 months with Free Voice call to any network 24 Hr. (15 minutes per call) max 60 minutes/month Excess rate 0.99 baht/minute (exclude VAT). Users will not be notified when the call exceeds 60 minutes.
- Free Unlimited internet at max speed 15Mbps valid for 12 months with Free Voice call to dtac network 24 Hr. (15 minutes per call) Excess rate 0.99 baht/minute (exclude VAT). + Free Voice call to any network 24 Hr. (15 minutes per call) max 60 minutes/month Excess rate 0.99 baht/minute (exclude VAT). Users will not be notified when the call exceeds 60 minutes.
- After the package unlimited internet at max speed 15Mbps valid for 3 or 6 months expired, the package will be renewed automatically at 599 Baht/ 3 Months or 1,099 Baht/ 6 months (VAT included).
- For Package Free Unlimited internet at max speed 15Mbps valid 12 months, Package will not be automatically resumed for the next circle.
- After the package expired, normal rate of 0.99 Baht/minute for calls to all networks, 1.99 Baht per 1 MB of internet service and 3 Baht per SMS per receiver, 3 Baht per MMS per receiver will be applied. (All rate excluded VAT 7%)
- A new user is subject to the user information registration and the related document must be presented before the new SIM is issued or any special package or supplement package subscription.
- This is for normal personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes; for example, use in an internet shop or game shop; resell or sublease for profitable usage; call center form of use or use as a telephone line; or use for high-volume data transfer that might impact other users such as the use of BitTorrent; or use with electronic devices which require always-on high-volume data connection. In the case the company finds out or has an assumption that a user downloads and/or uploads large files or constantly transfers very high volumes of data in such an unusual manner that is unlike what a normal person should do, or a user behaves in such a way that affects the use of service or creates injustice, produces or may produce damage or impact to other users and/or the network or the company’s overall service, the company has the right to manage the network as deemed appropriate in order to maintain its service quality standard and to enable overall users to experience effective performance. The company may change the package or limit the use and speed of mobile internet as appropriate. In this regard, speed may be reduced to be lower than the speed specified in the package.
