Terms and Conditions
• The service fee includes VAT.
• The package is valid for 30 days and will automatically renew.
• The service includes 4GB of internet data per month for use within the TrueID platform only, valid for 30 days. This is not subject to the Fair Usage Policy and unused data cannot be carried over to the next period.
• The maximum speed depends on the service area and the number of users at the time.
• Commercial use, torrenting, hotspot use, or file transfers that may affect overall service performance are prohibited.
• The terms and conditions are subject to the company's discretion, and the company reserves the right to cancel or change them without prior notice.
Terms and Conditions for TrueVisions Now Service
1. This promotion is available for customers who wish to subscribe to the channel rental service through the TrueID website or TrueID TV box (hereafter referred to as "the customer") with Bright Now Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "the company"), starting from September 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, or until further notice from the company. The details are as follows:
2. The channels offered in this package are the intellectual property of the company, which reserves the right to provide them to customers via the TrueID application and TrueID TV box.
Customers can subscribe to the channel rental service through the TrueID website, TrueID TV box, or other specified channels.
3. The service fee for channel rental is inclusive of a 7% VAT.
4. Customers can watch the rented channels via the TrueID application and TrueID TV box, or other channels as specified by the company.
5. The viewing period for the rented channels is as per the subscribed package, starting from the payment completion time.
6. Customers may cancel the rental service at any time; however, the cancellation will take effect within the applicable 30-day period from the payment date.
7. Customers who subscribe to the monthly channel rental service via the TrueID website or TrueID TV box acknowledge and agree to automatic renewal of the package by the system.
8. No refunds, changes to channels/services, or transfer of services to another TrueID account are allowed once the rental transaction is completed.
9. TruePoint cannot be used for channel rental under this package.
10. A single TrueID account can access the rented channels on a maximum of two devices simultaneously, or as otherwise specified by the company.
11. The channels provided are as specified by the company. The company reserves the right to change the channels without prior notice.
12. If the company finds that the service is being used illegally or in a manner that could cause harm to the company, the company reserves the right to cancel the service immediately.
