  1. Customers who apply to “dtac prepaid for Switching Customers SIM” SIM or “dtac prepaid calls to all networks” SIM from 1 March until 30 June 2016 will automatically receive the service rates upon confirmation SMS within 24 hour after service activation. Details as the following;
    • 1.1 “dtac prepaid for Switching Customers SIM” SIM Service rates (VAT exclusive)
      • 1.1.1 Calls to all Networks are calculated with actual time usage amount at 0.15 THB/ second for 24 hours.
      • 1.1.2 SMS is 3 THB/ number (Thai or Thai-with-English SMS, 70 characters are counted as one SMS. English SMS of 160 characters are counted as one SMS. In the case of SMS characters exceeding limits above or contains special symbols or foreign languages, character counts will be calculated differently due to system technical limitations).
      • 1.1.3 MMS is 3 THB/ message/ number.
      • 1.1.4 Internet VAS is 1.99 THB/ MB.
    • 1.2 “dtac prepaid calls to all networks” SIM Service rates (VAT exclusive)
      • 1.2.1 Calls to all Networks are 0.55 THB/ minute (remaining seconds will be rounded up to full minute).
      • 1.2.2 SMS is 3 THB/ number (Thai or Thai-with-English SMS, 70 characters are counted as one SMS. English SMS of 160 characters are counted as one SMS. In the case of SMS characters exceeding limits above or contains special symbols or foreign languages, character counts will be calculated differently due to system technical limitations).
      • 1.2.3 MMS is 5 THB/ message/ number.
      • 1.2.4 Internet VAS is 1 THB/minute.
  2. Customers who activate “dtac prepaid for Switching Customers SIM” SIM and “dtac prepaid calls to all networks” SIM from 1 March until 30 June 2016 will receive the following privileges;
    • 2.1 Customers activating the service can choose one free extra VAS promotion package. Services can be used upon successful Network switching and customers must top up for at least 100 THB accumulatively per month. Free extra VAS package details are as the following;
      • 2.1.1 Free calls to all Networks 150 minute for entire 24 hours for 12 months, totals at 1,800 minutes.
      • 2.1.2 Free unlimited Social applications (Facebook WhatsApp, LINE) for 12 months
      • 2.1.3 Free internet usage privilege at maximum speed 42 Mbps for 1.5 GB/month (after usage limit speed will reduce to 384 Kbps maximum) for 3 months
      • 2.1.4 Numbers that apply for free extra VAS package must have at least 1 day usage balance. Customers can receive the privileges for this promotion upon confirmation SMS within 24 hours. In case of usage day balance runs out before privilege period, the remaining privilege balance will be forfeited, after that the System will calculate service fees according to currently held promotion packages.
    • 2.2 Customers can choose to apply for following internet VAS packages (apply 1 time per number), the applying number must have at least 1 day usage balance and will be able to use the package privilege upon confirmation SMS (service rates exclude VAT 7%)
      • 2.2.1 Internet package special price 39 THB/week (normally at 79 THB) with automatic renewal for 26 weeks, receive internet usage privilege at maximum speed 42 Mbps for 600 MB (after usage limit speed will reduce to 128 Mbps maximum)
      • 2.2.2 Internet 1.5 GB package with free Facebook special price 99 THB/month (normally at 199 THB) with automatic renewal for 6 months
      • 2.2.3 Max net package special price 199 THB/month (normally at 399 THB) with automatic renewal for 6 months, receive internet usage privilege at maximum speed 42 Mbps for 4.5 GB (after usage limit speed will reduce to 128 Mbps maximum)
      • 2.2.4 Max net package special price 349 THB/month (normally at 699 THB) with automatic renewal for 6 months, receive internet usage privilege at maximum speed 42 Mbps for 9 GB (after usage limit speed will reduce to 384 Mbps maximum)

  1. Facebook VAS is the service for customers to use Facebook via http://m.facebook.com or on phones that support official Facebook Application through 4G/3G/EDGE dtac internet connection.
  2. Application service and download fees are not included in this Facebook VAS. Customers will be charged per currently held promotion.
  3. Usage of Facebook added function is not included in this Facebook VAS. Customers will be charged per currently held promotion.
  4. Usage beyond m.facebook.com is not included in this VAS. Customers will be charged per currently held promotion.
  5. Unregistered BlackBerry VAS customers will not be able to use Facebook via Facebook Application but can use through m.facebook.com via APN WEB/WAP only.
  6. This Facebook VAS is only for usage within domestic Thailand. Uage abroad will be calculated per normal service fee rates according to foreign Service Providers.
  7. Customers must have active status during service usage with credit balance more than 0 THB and usage day balance of at least 1 day.
  1. LINE VAS is the service for Prepaid dtac customers to chat, send messages, images/videos, voice messages, stickers, Timeline posting and group chat unlimited on phones that support LINE application through 3G/EDGE dtac internet connection.
  2. Application service and download fees are not included in this LINE VAS. Customers will be charged per currently held promotion.
  3. Supporting operating systems for LINE VAS are
    1. iOS: LINE version 3.7.1
    2. Android: LINE version 3.7.2
    3. Window phone: LINE version 2.4.1
  4. Share location and Shake it usage are not included in this LINE VAS. Customers will be charged per currently held promotion. Customers can turn off Location function by going to Location Services > LINE > OFF
  5. Free call usage is not included in this LINE VAS. Customers will be charged per currently held promotion.
  6. Push Notification function when there are other users sending texts, images/ videos, voicemails or group chat to your device is not included in this LINE VAS. Customers will be charged per currently held promotion. Customers can turn off Notification function by going to LINE > settings > Notifications > OFF
  7. MultiSIM customers will not be able to apply for this package.
  8. This LINE VAS is only for usage within domestic Thailand. Usage abroad will be calculated per normal service fee rates according to foreign Service Providers.

WhatsApp VAS is the service that Prepaid dtac customers can chat or send messages, images, videos, voice messages and group conversation without limit on devices that support WhatsApp Application usage via mobile internet connection on 3G/EDGE dtac internet signal. There will be Push Notification or alert messages when there are messages, images, videos, voice messages and group conversation sent to your mobile devices.

  1. Service fee rates above exclude international calls, roaming services, WAP service, audio text, premium number service and other promotion services beyond the privilege mentioned above.
  2. Calls to numbers using Krob Krua Tua Dee SIM 1.50 THB/minute or 0.25 THB/minute with Rub Sai Dai Tung right, the System will not bring them for Free call Bonus pick up calculation.
  3. New customers must complete registration and provide required evidence per Service Provider’s policy before new SIM card issuing, privilege application or VAS application.
  4. If customers change to other promotion packages or change to Postpaid system, this promotion will be terminated.
  5. Internet service with 4G/3G/EDGE technology is brought by Service Provider for convenience of Network customers. The service may have some limitations in certain locations or certain periods of time. The speed of 3G technology usage depends on service area, number of service users, connecting devices and the set-up of devices, which means each time service is not always with the continuous maximum speed. The movement of connecting devices might also temporarily affect data transmission and data transmission technology. Customers are encouraged to study usage instructions in full details.
    • 5.1 Under the privilege of 3G/EDGE technology data usage right
      • 5.1.1 Customers must agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use, which may change at any time. It is customers’ responsibility to periodically check for such changes from dtac website or nationwide dtac customer centers.
      • 5.1.2 Service Provider reserves the right to manage the volume and speed of data transmission, log-in or connection to the wifi internet service, Bit Torrent usage, or big files downloading or uploading for fairness, equality and efficiency of telecommunication networks management.
      • 5.1.3 Service Provider reserves the right to manage the volume and speed of data transmission, log-in or connection to the internet service for fairness, equality and efficiency of telecommunication networks management.
      • 5.1.4 The right to use 3G/EDGE technology will be based on the number of privileged customers, including all services in and outside the 3G service area.
      • 5.1.5 Service Provider does not encourage or is related to the case of customers using dtac internet services in violation of laws or terms of service in any form. If Service Provider finds out or has received complaints on such actions, the Service Provider reserves the right to immediately terminate service provided without prior notice.
  6. Customers are willing for Service Provider to access and analyze customers’ personal information that are recorded and stored in personal ID smart card and others given information for the benefits of telecommunication business management on promotion and VAS service activities. Customers are also willing for Service Provider (or the Company) to reveal, transmit and/or transfer customers’ personal information to domestic and international third party agents for such purposes.
  7. Customers accept for Service Provider (or the Company) to offer promotion information and other privileges to customers via customers’ email address or other contact channels that customers provide to Service Provider.
  8. This promotion is under terms and conditions of service provider. The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the service if found that the customer is not a registered user, use the service in a manner that contributes to technical defects, affecting the service to other customers, or use the SIM card with devices other than mobile phones or Air Card connecting devices or the devices not according to the standard of service provider.
  9. The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust this promotion including terms and conditions as deem appropriate without prior notice. Customers will be considered as acknowledged and agreed of such changes when there is announcement on Service Provider’s website or any other communication channels. Customers can additionally study terms and conditions at 1678 dtac call center (3 baht per call excludes VAT 7%).
  10. This promotion and telecommunication service is intended for personal communication purpose for end-users only. Service Provider prohibits this promotion or service from being used for commercial or profit seeking objectives (for example, using for voice over IP service) or illegal purposes. If found that there is the use against Service Provider’s intention, Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or cancel the service and revoke the service privilege immediately. Customers will forfeit all rights that incur from service suspension or cancellation and/or usage rights according to promotion package.
