In case of internet promotion packages application, customers must have mobile phones supporting internet usage and have to adjust the settings prior to application.
Customers applying for the promotion must have sufficient usage balance for each application.
Internet service customers for Thailand domestic service only. Usage abroad will incur normal service charges. Customers receive the privileges must use the internet via mobile phone and personal computers for personal communication purpose only.
Service charge rates do not include downloading service viz each Service Provider. Customers must study and understand terms and conditions of each Service Provider prior to each service application.
If customers already have other internet service promotion packages, applicants must choose to receive privileges from only one applied packages.
Customers are encouraged to study terms and conditions, service rate fees, settings and internet service area for usage convenience. The speed internet usage depends on service time period and density of service users, including the quality of connecting devices. In the case of service usage abroad, service rate fees will depend on foreign service providers.
Calculation for service charge collection and calculation will follow the Company’s system.
Customers must remain the usage under Thailand Computer Related Crime Act B.E. 2550. SMS, MMS or Happy internet VAS users must refrain from the use or allowing others to use it for commercial purpose, profanity and nudity, in conflicts of law or any other legal and contract terms, in violation of personal rights, slanders, use the service in a manner that contributes to technical and service defects to other customers or Network Providers. If violated, Service Provider holds the right to immediately cancel the service and service users must be solely responsible to all potential legal implications.
The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust this promotion including terms and conditions as deem appropriate. Customers can additionally study terms and conditions at 1678 dtac call center (3 baht per call includes 7% VAT).
By applying to this promotion, customers are willing for dtac to transfer your status (including data on service usage) to the new 2.1 GHz frequency under dtac TriNet Co., Ltd.
