Terms and Conditions for TATANG Daily Package
1) This promotion is exclusively for individual prepaid mobile customers of TrueMove H under True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd. (“TUC”). The subscription period is available from July 15, 2026, until December 31, 2026, or until further notice.
2) The add-on package will become active only after the user receives a confirmation SMS.
3) Users are entitled to watch short films included in the package via the TrueID Application and TrueID Website only.
4) Service Fees : Daily TATANG Package: Fixed fee of 5 Baht (excluding VAT) per 24 hours. Users will be entitled to watch channels under the TATANG package provided by True Digital Group Co., Ltd. (“Channel Provider”) via the TrueID Application. Users must successfully download and register an account on the TrueID Application using their mobile number. Streaming is limited to a maximum of 1 device simultaneously.
5) Any premium movie lists are as specified by the Company. The Company reserves the right to change the movie lineup without prior notice.
6) Maximum internet speeds depend on the service area and network congestion at the time of use.
7) Subscriptions to any TATANG package are non-refundable, non-changeable (for channels/packages), and non-transferable to other TrueID accounts.
8) The Company reserves the right to change the premium movie content without prior notice.
9) TATANG package is strictly for private, in-home entertainment only. Commercial use or resale is strictly prohibited.
10) Commercial use, BitTorrent, Hotspot sharing, or any file transfers that may negatively impact overall network performance are strictly prohibited.
11) Terms and conditions are as specified by the Company. The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms without prior notice.

13) Consent and Acknowledge of the Subscriber
The Customer acknowledges the consent of service providers to collect, process, use, transmit or transfer personal data, and disclose personal information for the benefit of the service or to improve the service and to comply with laws related to the protection of personal information or for the purposes of market research and conducting promotional activities. Or to analyze and present any of the service providers or products. And/or a person who is a dealer, an agent, or is related to a service provider and / or business partners of service providers and / or companies in the True group or for any other purpose which is not prohibited by law or to comply with any laws or regulations applicable to service providers now and in the future the service provider can send, transfer and / or disclose the above information to companies within the service providers group. Business partners, data processors or agency / organization / juristic persons or any person with contract, agreement or legal relations with service providers or have relationships both in the country and abroad.
