Terms & Conditions: Netflix 1Yr + Unlimited Internet Package
1. This promotion is for TrueMove H Prepaid customers (individuals) only, valid from January 26, 2026, to December 31, 2026, or until further notice.
2. Users can subscribe to this promotion via USSD (codes below), TrueApp, dtac APP, or Web. Services will begin only after receiving a confirmation SMS.
o Unlimited 6Mbps + Netflix Mobile: Dial *900*7338# call
o Unlimited 10Mbps + Netflix Basic: Dial *900*7339# call
3. Service Rates (VAT Included):
o 6Mbps + Netflix Mobile (2,890 THB): Unlimited Internet at 6Mbps and Netflix Mobile for 1 device concurrently (Mobile/Tablet) at 480p (SD) for 365 days.
o 10Mbps + Netflix Basic (4,490 THB): Unlimited Internet at 10Mbps and Netflix Basic for 1 device concurrently (Smart TV/Mobile/Tablet/Streaming box) at 720p (HD) for 365 days.
o These packages are not auto-renew.
4. Netflix Access is valid for 12 months. Netflix Access ends immediately upon cancellation/change of package. If the SIM status is suspended, Netflix access will be paused until service returns to normal.
5. In the event of package cancellation by the user, the Company reserves the right to refuse a refund for Netflix portion (valued at 1,188 THB for Mobile / 2,028 THB for Basic). Furthermore, the entitlement to use the Netflix access service will be automatically terminated.
6. Fair Usage Policy (FUP): The maximum speed depends on the service area. Use of BitTorrent, Hotspot tethering, or any abnormally high data usage that affects the network is strictly prohibited.
7. Benefits cannot be exchanged, returned, or converted to cash, and are non-transferable.
8. The Company reserves the right to manage the network to maintain service standards and efficiency for all users.

10. The Company may modify, suspend, or cancel terms if required by government policy or if it increases operational burden. General changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

Netflix Service Terms & Conditions
• Netflix Terms: Usage is subject to Netflix’s terms at netflix.com/termsofuse. The Company must share necessary data with Netflix to provide this marketing privilege under PDPA regulations.
• Privacy: Data sharing is governed by the PDPA. For details on privacy, visit netflix.com/privacy.
• Activation: Redeem your right via the confirmation SMS.
• Benefit period: Netflix Access is valid for 12 months (365 days). It expires immediately if the package is canceled, changed, or transferred.
• If you have an existing Netflix account, you can link it to this package. You will continue to be charged separately by Netflix until the linking process is successful.
• If you cancel your True entitlement, Netflix will automatically resume charging your previously saved payment method. Please check your "Account" page on the Netflix website for billing details.
