1.Item Code Validity:
The item code is valid for use until 14 April 2025 after the reward has been redeemed.
2.Eligibility:
This privilege is exclusively available to TrueMove H and dtac customers, both prepaid and postpaid, who subscribe to the add-on package under the following conditions:
• Subscribe to the PlayPark add-on package (available for prepaid and postpaid customers): 5 GB internet for 7 days at 99 THB.
3.Item Redemption:
Once the item code is received, it can be redeemed for in-game items according to the specified game category. game list MU New Dawn,Real Yulgang Classic,Melojam
4.Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable:
Rewards under this promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another person.
5.Code Source Restriction:
The service is available only for codes redeemed via the TrueID App, dtac app, or dtac reward. Screenshot images or forwarded images are not eligible for redemption.
6.No Refund Policy:
Once the redemption is completed, refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
7.Verification Disclaimer:
Participants certify that the information used for identity verification is their own and accurate. If the Company finds that the information is false or does not belong to the participant, the Company reserves the right to cancel the reward.
