**Terms and Conditions for FreeFire lnwTrue Promotion**
1. This benefit is exclusively available for **TrueMove H and dtac prepaid and postpaid customers** who subscribe to the eligible **FreeFire Add-on Packages** under the following conditions:
* **1GB Package**: Valid for 7 days, priced at **59 THB (excluding VAT)**, receive **1 free FreeFire lnwTrue Item Box**
* **3GB Package**: Valid for 15 days, priced at **169 THB (excluding VAT)**, receive **3 free FreeFire lnwTrue Item Boxes**
* **5GB Package**: Valid for 30 days, priced at **279 THB (excluding VAT)**, receive **5 free FreeFire lnwTrue Item Boxes**
Customers will receive free **FreeFire lnwTrue items** from eligible packages only, subject to the company’s specified terms and conditions.
**Promotion period:** 8 June 2026 – 31 March 2027

* Name Change Card

Customers can redeem item codes only through the **FreeFire lnwTrue event page within the FreeFire game**.
3. Rewards under this promotion cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash, and cannot be transferred to another person.
4. The service is reserved only for codes received through the **TrueID application and dtac App**. Screenshots or forwarded images cannot be used to claim the benefit.
5. Once the user redeems the benefit, the company reserves the right not to allow any refund under any circumstances.
6. The opening of **lnwTrue Box** and redemption of rewards must be completed within the promotion period only. Any remaining **Aura Coins** after the promotion ends cannot be used for reward redemption or refund.
7. Participants are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their **UID and game account information** before claiming the benefit. The company shall not be responsible for any damage caused by incorrect information entry or the use of an account that does not meet the conditions.
8. Once players receive the **lnwTrue Box**, open the box, or successfully redeem rewards, the benefits cannot be canceled, changed, transferred, or refunded under any circumstances.
9. The company reserves the right to disqualify participants who commit fraud, use unauthorized programs, unfair methods, or perform any actions that violate the promotion’s terms and conditions.
10. The company reserves the right to modify details, terms and conditions, promotion format, reward distribution rates, or rewards as appropriate without prior notice.
**The company’s decision shall be final in all cases.**
