Terms & Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply to the TrueVisions NOW Ent + Football + iQIYI VIP Standard add-on package for individual postpaid mobile subscribers of TrueMove H and dtac (the “Subscriber”) under True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). The package is available for subscription from 17 July 2026 onwards, or until further notice.
2. Subscribers of the TrueVisions NOW Ent + Football + iQIYI VIP Standard add-on package will be entitled to access the content exclusively via the TrueVisions NOW application and website.
3. The subscription fee for the TrueVisions NOW Ent + Football + iQIYI VIP Standard Add-on Package is THB 349 (inclusive of VAT) per 30-day subscription period. The package will be automatically renewed every 30 days. Subscribers will be entitled to the following benefits:
3.1 Subscribers are entitled to access the content available under the TrueVisions NOW Entertainment and Football Packages, together with the iQIYI VIP Standard partner application, with a total value of THB 349 per month, provided by Bright Now Co., Ltd. (the “Content Provider”), via the TrueVisions NOW application and website.
3.2 Subscribers may access the content available on the TrueVisions NOW application and website via mobile phones, tablets, televisions, set-top boxes, or other channels as specified by the Company. Subscribers must download the TrueVisions NOW application and successfully register for an account using their mobile phone number in order to access the service.
3.3 Subscribers are entitled to access up to 78 channels available on the TrueVisions NOW application and website, with access limited to one (1) device at a time.
4. Cancellation of the Add-on Package: Subscribers may cancel the auto-renewal of the Add-on Package by contacting True Call Center at 1242, dtac Call Center at 1678, or visiting a True/dtac Shop. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current 30-day subscription period.
5. Any benefits or privileges specified under this promotion cannot be redeemed, returned, exchanged for cash or other items, or transferred to any other individual or legal entity.
6. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the service terms without prior notice if any applicable requirements, orders, or policies issued by relevant government authorities require such amendment, modification, suspension, or termination, or if such orders impose additional operational obligations on the Company.
7. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate these terms and conditions as deemed appropriate, provided that the Company will give at least 30 days’ prior notice through channels deemed appropriate by the Company.
