Terms & Conditions

1.These Terms and Conditions apply to the NOW MAX add-on package with The Voice 2026 for individual postpaid mobile customers of TrueMove H and dtac, provided by True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). The package is available for subscription from 5 October 2026 to 26 December 2026, or until further notice.
2.Customers may start using the add-on package only after receiving an SMS confirmation confirming successful subscription.
3.The NOW MAX add-on package is priced at THB 1,599 (VAT included) for 30 days, with automatic renewal every 30 days.
4.Customers are entitled to access the NOW MAX package, together with partner applications iQIYI VIP Standard, WeTV VIP, and Viu Premium, with a total value of THB 1,599 per month, provided by Bright Now Co., Ltd. (the “Content Provider”) via the NOW application.
5.Customers can access the content included in the NOW MAX package via supported devices, including mobile phones, tablets, and TVs, as specified by the Company. Customers must download the NOW application and successfully register an account using their mobile number.
6.Customers can watch 108 channels included in the NOW MAX package via the NOW application on supported devices, including mobile phones, tablets, and TVs, as specified by the Company, with viewing available on up to 4 devices.
7.Customers are entitled to participate in the “Cheer The Voice, Win Big with True” activity organized by Bright Now Co., Ltd. (the “Organizer”). Customers will receive or accumulate 80 Champion Prediction entries and 80 Online Gift entries every 30 days, according to the eligible service or package, from 5 October 2026 at 00:01 hrs. to 26 December 2026 at 23:59 hrs.
8.Participants may use their Champion Prediction entries from 11 October 2026 at 00:01 hrs. to 26 December 2026 at 23:59 hrs. Any unused entries after the specified period will automatically expire.
9.How to receive and use Champion Prediction entries: Participants will receive a “Champion Prediction Entry” (the “Entry”) upon successfully completing an eligible transaction within the specified period. Participants can join the activity and use their Champion Prediction entries via the The Voice campaign website or by selecting the “Cheer The Voice, Win Big with True” activity banner on the True application, NOW application/website, or TrueID application. Participants must log in using the account or mobile number linked to the Entry, select “Predict the Champion,” choose a team and a contestant who is still competing in The Voice Thailand 2026, specify the number of Entries to use, and confirm the transaction. Once the system displays a confirmation message indicating that the transaction is successful, each Champion Prediction Entry used will count as one entry in the prize draw. A confirmed prediction cannot be edited, cancelled, or transferred to another contestant, except where the change is caused by a system error.
10.Participants who do not use their Champion Prediction entries within the specified period will not be eligible to participate in the prize draw.
11.The activity details, prizes, prize redemption restrictions, winner announcement, and winner notification shall be subject to the terms and conditions specified by Bright Now Co., Ltd.
12.Cancellation of the Add-on Package: Customers may cancel the auto-renewing add-on package via True Call Center 1242, dtac Call Center 1678, or True/dtac Shops. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current 30-day service cycle.
13.Any benefits or privileges under this promotion cannot be redeemed, returned, exchanged for cash or other items, or transferred to any other individual or legal entity. If a customer engages in any action that violates the applicable terms and conditions, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the service under the agreement.
14.The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the service without prior notice if any applicable requirements, orders, or policies issued by relevant government authorities require such amendment, modification, suspension, or termination, or if such requirements or orders increase the Company’s operational burden. Unless otherwise expressly specified, the Company may amend, modify, suspend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions as appropriate by providing at least 30 days’ prior notice through channels deemed appropriate by the Company.
