Terms & Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the NOW ENT Football with 5GB Free Internet Add-on Package for mobile subscribers of TrueMove H and dtac (the “Subscriber”) of True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), who are individual postpaid subscribers. The package is available for subscription from 17 October 2025 onwards, or until further notice.
2. Subscribers who subscribe to the NOW ENT Football with 5GB Free Internet Add-on Package are entitled to access TrueVisions NOW Football content exclusively via the TrueVisions NOW application and website.
3. The subscription fee for the NOW ENT Football with 5GB Free Internet Add-on Package is THB 229 (inclusive of VAT) per 30-day subscription period, with automatic renewal every 30 days. Subscribers are entitled to the following benefits:
3.1 Subscribers receive 5GB of 5G/4G mobile data*. Data usage will be deducted from the Add-on Package before the main promotional package currently subscribed to by the Subscriber. The data allowance is not subject to the Fair Usage Policy and any unused data cannot be carried forward to the following subscription period.
3.2 Subscribers are entitled to access the content available under the TrueVisions NOW Football Package, valued at THB 199, provided by Bright Now Co., Ltd. (the “Content Provider”) via the TrueVisions NOW application. Subscribers must download the TrueVisions NOW application and successfully register an account using their mobile phone number in order to access the service.
3.3 Subscribers are entitled to access 52 channels under the TrueVisions NOW Football Package, featuring football and futsal content, including leading football leagues from around the world, via the TrueVisions NOW application. The service can be accessed on supported devices, including mobile phones, tablets, televisions, set-top boxes, or other channels as specified by the Company. Access is limited to one (1) device at a time.
* 5G service is available only with 5G-compatible devices and in areas where 5G service is available. Actual service speeds may vary depending on various factors, including the specifications of the mobile device, the number of users accessing the service at the same time, the service area and geographical conditions, and the distance from the telecommunications station. The 5G service coverage area can be checked at true.th/home.
4. Cancellation of the Add-on Package: Subscribers may cancel the auto-renewal of the Add-on Package by contacting True Call Center at 1242, dtac Call Center at 1678, or visiting a True/dtac Shop. The cancellation will take effect from the next 30-day subscription period.
5. Any benefits or entitlements provided under this promotion cannot be redeemed, refunded, exchanged for cash or other items, or transferred to any other individual or legal entity.
6. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel the terms and conditions of this service without prior notice if any applicable requirements, orders, or policies issued by relevant government authorities require the Company to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel the terms and conditions of the service, or if such requirements or orders impose additional obligations on the Company.
7. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel these Terms and Conditions as deemed appropriate. The Company will provide at least 30 days' prior notice through channels deemed appropriate by the Company.
