1.Promotion Period: This promotion offers 30 days of unlimited full-speed internet to individual postpaid customers of TrueMove H and dtac under True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd. Customers may subscribe from now until 31 December 2026, or until further notice.
2.Subscription: Customers can subscribe via the True / dtac Applications. The subscription will be effective only upon receipt of an SMS confirmation.
3.Service Fee: THB 399 (excluding VAT) for 30 consecutive days of unlimited full-speed 5G/4G internet, with no Fair Usage Policy (FUP) restriction. Unused data cannot be carried forward. Any available add-on data will be used before data under this promotion.
5G service requires a 5G-compatible device and coverage in the service area. Actual speeds may vary depending on device capabilities, network usage, location, terrain, and distance from the network station.
4.The fee covers 4G/5G internet service only and excludes other charges, such as content downloads, information services, international calls, roaming, value-added services, and special numbers. Such charges will be billed according to the customer’s main promotion/package and applicable rates.
5.All fees are exclusive of VAT.
6.Promotional benefits cannot be exchanged, refunded, converted into cash or other benefits, or transferred to another person or entity.
7.The Company reserves the right to terminate the service immediately if the customer:
Uses the service for commercial purposes, resale, or any purpose other than personal communication in good faith;
Uses, modifies, or connects the service in a manner that causes damage, unfairness, disruption, inconvenience, or harm to the Company, others, or the network; or
Transfers the service rights without the Company’s consent; or
Engages in fraud, document forgery, fraudulent use, or illegal use of the service.
8.The Company may amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion without prior notice if required by applicable laws, government regulations, orders, or policies, or if such requirements impose additional obligations on the Company.
9.The Company may otherwise amend, suspend, or terminate these terms as appropriate, with at least 30 days’ prior notice through channels determined by the Company.
10.This promotion is subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by the Company.
