1.Redemption is available only at the cashier counter. Screenshots or photos are not accepted.
2.Customers must present a QR code, barcode, or redemption code to Swensen’s staff at participating branches.
3.Excluded outlets: Jungceylon Phuket 1 & 2, Turtle Village Phuket, Boat Avenue,Patong Beach,Lotus Samui,Central Festival Samui,Phuket Town,Lotus Phuket,Central Phuket,Robinson Thalang,Lotus Thalang,Robinson Chalong,Lotus Chalong
4.Redemption is void if the code is already used, canceled, or unavailable.
5.In case of a stolen, damaged, or unauthorized code, the company will not refund or reissue under any circumstances.
6.If the code is altered or damaged, Swensen’s reserves the right to decline service.
7.This privilege cannot be exchanged for cash, other rewards, or transferred to others.
8.The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions with prior notice through designated channels. This privilege cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. The company’s decision shall be final in all matters related to this campaign.
