Service terms and conditions
Prepaid customers can apply to Happy 4G Sim from 5 June 2015, and will automatically receive the following privileges;
Happy Prepaid customers who activate “Happy 4G SIM” 69 THB will receive free 0 baht calls valid for 30 days and can apply for Happy 4G promotion. Applying number must have day usage balance of at least 1 day. Customers can start the privilege after confirmation SMS has been sent.
“Happy 4G SIM” service rates after confirmation SMS within 24 hour after application (excludes VAT 7%).
2.1 Call to all networks 0.015 baht / second, second-base rate through 24 Hrs.
2.2 2 baht / SMS / number (SMS which are in Thai or include both Thai and English in the text will have a combined character length of 70 characters per message. SMS with English text will have 160 characters per message. Any characters exceeding this limit will be treated as a separate message where the recipient will receive the total message either in its entirety or separately depending on the capabilities of the recipient’s mobile phone. The character count for symbols or signs might vary and will be according to system limitations.
2.3 Internet VAS 1.99 baht / MB
- Customers who activate “Happy 4G SIM” service will receive the following privileges;
3.1 Free internet 4G/3G/EDGE/GPRS for 500 MB with maximum speed 42 Mbps. with 7-day validation.
- After first week: Automatically apply recurring internet package at 69 baht/week.(excludes VAT 7%) Free 4G/3G/EDGE/GPRS for 500 MB with 7-day validation.
After that the system will automatically renew and recurring internet service charge at 69 baht/week(excludes VAT 7%) for 1 year.
3.2 Surf internet with maximum speed internet. Free 1GB/month for 1 year when top up 300 baht/month. Able to use internet at maximum speed 42Mbps with 30-day validation for 1 year.
Unused data balance of current month cannot be carried over to the next month. Usage greater than limited time/volume will be charged at 1.99 baht/MB (7% VAT excluded). After complete, customers can consider to apply for add-on internet packages.

This privilege is only for usage within domestic Thailand. Customers can additionally study terms and conditions at 1678 dtac call center (3 baht per call). The Company reserves the right to cancel and/or adjust this promotion as deem appropriate.
New customers must complete registration and provide required evidence per Service Provider’s policy before new SIM card issuing, privilege application or VAS application.
In the case of calling to numbers using Krob Kru Tau Dee promotion of 1.50 THB/minute or Happy 0.25 THB/minute for Rub Sai Dai Tung privilege, the system will not calculate this into Happy Bonus for call pick-ups.
Service fee rates above exclude international calls, roaming services, WAP service, audio text,premium number service and other promotion services beyond the privilege mentioned above.
Happy internet service with EDGE/3G/4G technology is brought by Service Provider for convenience of Network customers. The service may have some limitations in certain locations or certain periods of time. The speed of 4G/3G technology usage depends on service area, number of service users, connecting devices and the set-up of devices, which means each time service is not always with the continuous maximum speed. The movement of connecting devices might also temporarily affect data transmission and data transmission technology. Customers are encouraged to study usage instructions in full details.
Under the privilege of 4G/3G/EDGE technology data usage right
12.1 Customers must agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use, which may change at any time. It is customers responsibility to periodically check for such changes from dtac website or nationwide dtac customer centers.
12.2 Service Provider reserves the right to manage the data service via 3G/EDGE technology for efficiency of telecommunication networks management and customer’s convenience. This may result in data speed limitation in for Bit Torrent usage or big files downloading or uploading.
12.3 Service Provider reserves the right to manage the volume and speed of data transmission, log-in or connection to the internet service for fairness, equality and efficiency of telecommunication networks management.
12.4 The right to use 4G/3G/EDGE technology will be based on the number of privileged customers, including all services in and outside the 4G/3G service area.
12.5 Service Provider does not encourage or is related to the case of customers using dtac internet services in violation of laws or terms of service in any form. If Service Provider finds out or has received complaints on such actions, the Service Provider reserves the right to immediately terminate service provided without prior notice.
If customers change to other promotion packages or change to Postpaid system, this promotion will be terminated.
This promotion is under terms and conditions of service provider. The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the service if found that the customer is not a registered user, use the service in a manner that contributes to technical defects, affecting the service to other customers, or use the SIM card with devices other than mobile phones or Air Card connecting devices or the devices not according to the standard of service provider.
