    get free car wash privilege
    • This privilege is eligible for dtac prepaid and dtac customers who have status of PLATINUM BLUE MEMBER under term and conditions of the company’s privacy policy.
    • This privilege is valid on dtac app from 7 Feb 2022 – 30 Sep 2024.
    • Limit 1 privilege/subscriber/month/every branch (Can make a booking no longer than 7days and limit 1privilege/booking.)
    • Auto Spa has limited quota on Monday – Friday 6 car/day/branch and on Saturday – Sunday 6 car/day/branch
    • Klean Square has limited quota on Monday – Friday 5 car/day/branch and on Saturday – Sunday 3 car/day/branch
    • Proclean has limited quota on Monday – Friday 5 car/day/branch and on Saturday – Sunday 5 car/day/branch
    • Simply Shines has limited quota on Monday – Friday 2 car/day/branch and on Saturday – Sunday 2 car/day/branch
    • Phoenix has limited quota on Monday – Friday 5 car/day/branch and on Saturday – Sunday 5 car/day/branch
    • Please make a car wash booking 2days in advance not more than 7days.
    • Please show SMS from dtacreward and press USSD to confirm using privilege in front of car wash staff.
    • In case changing booking information or making cancellation, please call PLATINUM BLUE MEMBER SERVICES *1806 two days in advance. (Cannot make any changes on the service date and cannot return quota for the customers.) Otherwise, the quota is redeemed automatically.
    • If cancellation has not been noticed, the quota is used.
    • To get free car wash at store, the car information must accurate given to the reservation, otherwise the privilege cannot be used.
    • Car wash timing is uncertainty depends on car wash services during the time. However, car wash staff will estimate service hours to customers.
    • Service time is varied in each branches and subject to change without prior notice due to covid19 situation and others.
    • All automobile is participating except big truck and motorcycle. However, some car types cannot go into the stores at some branches because of sizing of parking areas such as van, sport car, etc.
    • Customer must keep all value stuff from the car before using the service. If the asset is damaged or lost, dtac reserves the right not to take any responsibility of the causes and accidents.
    • If the car is damaged or having scratch or other possibilities from car wash service, car wash will negotiate with customers and he/she can make decision to refuse providing services. dtac reserves the right not to take responsibility of the causes and accidents.
    • This privilege cannot be transferred to other users or exchanged into cash.
    • The service provider reserves the right to decline any screen capture or dishonesty.
    • Terms and conditions apply according to company’s policy and car wash’s policy.
    • Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
    • For all types of Electric Vehicle (EV car), only for wash but no charging service.
