Explanations:
2019 & 2020 for number of Whistle-blower (External reporter) are customer complaints.
Number of Whistle-blower ( Internal Reporter) is equal to number of accepted cases after considering evidence and witnesses.
For disciplinary action of consequences of wrongdoings , this means one case can have more than 1 person. So relevant per disciplinary action can be various types ( in 1 case can have both termination & written warning etc.
Human Rights
dtac conducts human rights due diligence every two years. While the traditional human rights risks have been managed, new identified issues are enabled by telecommunication.
While the common human risks are managed across the business operations, dtac has identified new risks that are enabled by telecommunication business.
