Special price device conditions
  1. The promotion campaign is applicable to existing dtac individual customers, customers who register a new SIM card, switch from prepaid to postpaid package, and move to dtac network.
  2. The customer who switches from prepaid to postpaid plan must have at least 90 days of number activation in order to redeem the device discount.
  3. The customer who registers a new SIM card is eligible to purchase device at a special rate by agreeing to be verified of his/her product and/or service payment made to another network provider.
  4. One identification card and 1 phone number are limited to purchasing 1 device at discounted price (Either Share package or Family package is eligible to purchase only 1 device at the discounted price.)
  5. The contract period is 12 months.
  6. In case the customer transfers his/her right, changes, terminates the contract , or the contract ceased for whatever reason before the end of the contract, the Company reserves the right to withdraw device discount, based on the amount offered to the customer.
  7. The customer who has signed a device discount contract/special-rate package contract of other promotion campaign or subscribed to 50% discount package, No Worry package, and U Fin 249/449 package are not eligible to this promotional campaign.
  8. The advance monthly fee will be deducted as monthly fee discount, based on the number of the contract month.

Conditions for Galaxy Butler
  1. Customers who have purchased Galaxy Z Series I Galaxy S series I Galaxy Tab S Series and Galaxy Flexi Service for Galaxy A Series I Galaxy Tab A Series which imported and distributed by Thai Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. are eligible for the Galaxy Butler Service. The period of the Galaxy Butler Service shall be 12 months from the date of purchased, as specified in tax invoice.
  2. The service for smartphones and tablets while they are being repaired at Samsung Service Center. Customers can contact our staff at Samsung Service Center to request for the replacement of smartphones and tablets “Loan set Service”. However, it is limited and may not be available on some model.
  3. The Loan set Service with the same model is only for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold. The Loan set Service with the same model is limited. only but with the same model but different color, memory card model. However, the model of loan set is limited, the customer will be received another model in case of your model are not available.
  4. The Loan set service for Tablet will be reserved only 19 service centers that located at Samsung Service Center, Central Rama 9 branch, Central Rama 2 branch, Central Ladprao branch, Central World branch, Central Pinklao branch, The Mall Bangkapi branch, Seacon Bangkae branch, Silom branch, Minburi branch, Seacon Srinakarin branch, MBK branch, Rattanathibet branch, Future Park Rangsit branch, Pattaya branch, Ayutthaya branch, Khon Kaen branch, Hat Yai branch, Surat Thani branch and Chiang Mai branch. However, the number of loan set is limited.
  5. Servicing of technician at home or Doorstep Technical support will service for exclusive customer who hold Samsung Galaxy Z Fold. Customer can request a service through by Samsung Call Center 1282 with 24 hours for making an appointment to get the service. However, this service will be provided during Monday to Saturday [ no service on Sunday and Public holidays]. This service will be served some areas that located in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani and Samut Prakan. In addition, the period of pick up and return date will be depending on distance and service areas. Samsung company reserves the right to choose the service center that will be repaired solely. In the case of repair costs to be paid the customer should pay for the repair by transferring the full amount to the service center before returning the device.
  6. The Exclusive Lounge service or Priority lane will be reserved for customer who visit at service center and served for customer who hold Samsung Galaxy Z Fold only. Customer can get this service during the repair service at Samsung Service center. Customer can take a break or enjoy a snack or drink that have been prepared, while waiting for the repair processed. This service will be provided with 7 branches that located at Samsung service center Silom branch, MBK branch, Central Rama 9 branch, Central Rama 2 branch, Pattaya branch, Seacon Bangkae branch and Future Park Rang-sit branch.
  7. Door to Door service will be provide only for mobiles and tablets that in or out warranty for serve the Samsung’s customer who would like to get the repair service without any fees of checking even customer would not the repair process. However, the fees will be charged in case the product are out of warranty period. In any case, please back up the data prior to the repair process. Samsung will not responsible for the loss of the data or the damaged of the data during the repairment period. Door to Door service may be charged for the postpone of the arrangement or appointment.
  8.
