Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion Period
This promotion is available to individual postpaid TrueMove H mobile subscribers of True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd. (“TUC”) from 15 October 2026 to 31 March 2027, or until further notice.
2. Subscription Method
Customers can subscribe to this add-on package via the True or dtac app only. The package becomes available after customers receive an SMS confirming successful subscription and complete YouTube Premium activation.
3. Package Rates and Benefits
3.1. Package Fee
THB 299 (VAT included) per 30 days, with automatic renewal.
3.2. YouTube Benefits
Enjoy ad-free YouTube Premium, YouTube Music, and YouTube Kids, with unlimited downloads. Usage is limited to one device at a time.
3.3. Internet Benefits
Enjoy 30GB of full-speed 5G*/4G data for 30 days. This allowance is not subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Unused data cannot be carried forward.
3.4. Validity and Renewal
The package is valid for 30 days and automatically renews every 30 days from the date of the successful subscription confirmation SMS, for a maximum of 12 cycles.
5G service requires a compatible device and coverage in a 5G service area. Actual speeds may vary depending on device capabilities, network congestion, location, terrain, and distance from the cell site.
YouTube Premium and YouTube Music Eligibility Terms
Customers must use a Gmail account that has not previously received YouTube Premium benefits to register and activate the offer via the link sent by YouTube through SMS and email.
Each YouTube Premium account supports video streaming on one device at a time and music streaming on one device at a time. Only one device may be used for streaming at a time.
Different browsers, such as Chrome and Firefox, count as separate devices, even when used on the same physical device.
To maintain the auto-renewing YouTube Premium benefit for up to 12 months, customers must pay their main mobile package bills in full and on time.
Limited to one subscription benefit per mobile number.
4. Other Service Charges
The package fee covers only the specified 5G/4G data allowance and package benefits. Other charges, including content downloads, information services, international calls, roaming, add-on services, and special-number services, are charged according to the rates of the customer's main promotion package and applicable service rates.
5. Promotion Usage Conditions
5.1. Internet Sharing
The company reserves the right to restrict data usage if it detects or receives reports of mobile internet sharing with other mobile phones or devices, or similar activities.
5.2. Network Management
The company may manage network traffic to maintain service quality and overall network performance. If customers download or upload large files, continuously transfer unusually high volumes of data, or engage in usage that may unfairly affect other users or the network, the company may restrict data allowances or reduce mobile internet speeds in subsequent billing cycles. Speeds may be reduced below those specified in the package.
5.3. Restricted Usage
The company reserves the right to restrict BitTorrent usage, hotspot sharing, unusually high data transfers, or other usage that may affect network performance or other users.
6. Cancellation
Customers may cancel the auto-renewing add-on package through True Call Center at 1242 or at a True Shop. Cancellation takes effect according to the applicable billing cycle.
7. VAT
All package fees stated above include VAT.
8. General Conditions and Termination
Benefits under this promotion cannot be redeemed, refunded, exchanged for cash or other items, or transferred to another individual or legal entity.
The company reserves the right to terminate the service immediately if customers:
8.1. Breach the Service Agreement, including:
Using the service only for personal, lawful communication in good faith and in a manner consistent with normal personal use, not for commercial purposes or resale.
Using, modifying, or connecting technologies, systems, or other means in ways that may be unlawful, unethical, harmful, unfair, disruptive, or detrimental to the company, other parties, or network operations.
8.2. Engage in Fraud or Illegal Activities, including suspected fraud, document forgery when applying for or accepting the offer, fraudulent use of the service, or unlawful activities.
9. Changes Required by Authorities
The company may amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion without prior notice if required by applicable government regulations, orders, or policies, or if such requirements increase the company's operational burden, unless otherwise expressly stated.
10. Other Changes to Terms
The company may amend, suspend, or terminate these terms as appropriate by providing at least 30 days' advance notice through a channel deemed appropriate by the company.
