Terms & Conditions for receiving special benefits under the RoV Diamond Box campaign
This special benefit is available only for dtac customers who purchase the eligible packages. Customers will receive an SMS to claim the benefit via the TrueID app and dtac app, including:
3 RoV Diamond Box in-game items
Customers must claim the benefit within 7 days after receiving the notification in order to receive the redemption code.
The benefit must be redeemed through the specified channels only.
This benefit is reserved for customers who subscribe to eligible monthly packages and make payment according to the normal billing cycle. In case of overdue payment, the company reserves the right to suspend this benefit for the billing cycle with overdue payment.
Rewards under this promotion cannot be exchanged, returned, or converted into cash, and cannot be transferred to other persons.
The service is only valid for codes received through the TrueID application and dtac app. Screenshots or forwarded images cannot be used to claim the benefit.
Once the user has redeemed the benefit, no refund or cancellation of the redeemed benefit is allowed under any circumstances.
Participants confirm that the information used for identity verification belongs to them and is accurate. If the company finds that the information is false or does not belong to the participant, the company reserves the right to cancel the reward.
Promotion period: 1 July 2026 at 00:00 hrs to 31 March 2027 at 23:59 hrs (Thailand time).
If the customer redeems the benefit but does not use it within the specified period, or cancels the purchase at the store for any reason, the company reserves the right not to provide any replacement code or compensation.
The company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions by providing advance notice of at least 30 days through appropriate communication channels.
