Full-Speed Internet 60GB Package + TRUE CYBERSAFE PRO APPLICATION 1 device
Applicable to both Postpaid d Subscribers. Monthly Fee is 395 Baht (excluding VAT) per service cycle (365 days). The Subscriber will receive the right to use the service as follows:
Rights according to the normal promotional offer
(1) Full-speed internet service of 60 Gigabytes (GB) for 365 days. The internet service will be given monthly of 5 Gigabytes (GB) per month.
(2) Access to TRUE CYBERSAFE PRO APPLICATION for 1 device for a maximum of 24 service cycles. The Subscriber must download the application and can use it on a supported device (phone, tablet, or portable computer).
(3) To cancel, dial *900*7536# and call. Usage rights expire at 00:00 when the service cycle ends.
3. All service fees cover only the cost of domestic calls to mobile or landline numbers, 5G/4G/3G service, and value-added services as specified. It excludes other services (e.g., content downloads, international calls, roaming, and other add-ons). Any changes will be announced 30 days in advance.
4. Automatic Package Renewal: The system will renew automatically at 00:00 on the 30th day from the time the subscription confirmation SMS was received.
5. The Company reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel the TrueMove H and dtac mobile service immediately if the service is not used continuously for 30 consecutive days from the service activation date.
6. The Company reserves the right to manage the network to maintain service quality standards. The Company may limit, reduce, adjust the volume, and/or speed of internet usage if the Subscriber's usage is deemed abnormal, is fraudulent, or negatively impacts the service for other users or the overall network (e.g., continuous high-volume downloading/uploading).
7. Rights specified in this promotion cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash or other items, nor can they be transferred to any other person or entity.
8. The service rates under this promotional offer do not include calls to special numbers, such as 1900, or sending commercial text messages (SMS), or other value-added services that incur additional charges, until any changes are announced.
9. If the Subscriber commits any of the following acts, the Company reserves the right to immediately cancel the service agreement:
10.1 Breach of the Contract’s Prohibitions: If the Subscriber acts contrary to the Contract’s Purpose, this shall be considered a breach of the Contract’s Prohibitions. “Contract’s Purpose” means the Subscriber must:
(a.) Use the service under this promotional offer solely for personal communication in good faith, in a manner consistent with the normal and customary use expected of an ordinary person. The service must not be used for profit, or for anything else from which benefit may be derived, and the Subscriber shall not use the service to seek commercial gain in any manner or to provide the service to others.
(b.) Not use, apply, modify, or take any action regarding any technology, system, or other thing to connect with or involve the use of the service. This includes not engaging in any act that is or is reasonably expected or believed to be immoral, or that causes damage or unfairness to the Company or any other person, directly or indirectly; or disrupts, inconveniences, or harms the network; or causes the operating efficiency of the network or any part of the network to malfunction or deviate from normal operation.
(c.) The Subscriber may not transfer the rights to use the service under this contract to any other person before the contract period expires, unless consent is obtained from the Company.
10.2 Actions where there is reasonable belief that the Subscriber is fraudulent or has forged documents when applying for or receiving the service offer, or exhibits deceitful behavior in using the service, or uses the service illegally.
10. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel the service without prior notice if a requirement, order, or policy from a relevant government agency mandates the amendment, modification, suspension, or cancellation of the service conditions, or if such order increases the operational burden on the Company, unless otherwise explicitly specified.
11. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel these terms as appropriate, and will notify the Subscriber at least 30 days in advance through channels the Company deems suitable.
12. This promotional offer has a duration of 24 billing cycles starting from the date of subscription to this promotional offer. The Company reserves the right to change to a different promotional offer and will notify the Subscriber in advance.
13. This package is subject to the conditions set by the Company. Subscribers must study additional information before choosing the service at https://www.true.th, TrueMove H Care phone 1242, dtac Call Center 1678, or by asking a sales representative.
14. The Company will proceed to send the necessary data of the Subscriber who applies for the supplementary package to the service provider for the service provider to process the subscription and grant benefits under the conditions of this promotional offer.
15. Subscriber Consent and Certification: The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees to allow the Service Provider to collect, process, use, send, transfer, and disclose their personal data for service provision, improvement, compliance with data protection laws, marketing research, promotional activities, and to analyze and offer services or products from the Service Provider, its partners, or True Group companies, both domestically and internationally.
