As dtac’s concession of network spectrum is coming to an end, some dtac customers may be affected and concerned.
Our customers are of the highest priority. On this occasion, please accept our most sincere apologies as we humbly explain.
Since early last year, we have been expanding our 4G services on 2100 MHz and 2300 MHz, to quickly secure nationwide coverage.
While this rapid expansion is taking place, some customers in certain areas may temporarily experience service difficulty.
To smoothen this transition, we have already prepared responsive plans to support these customers and started to contact them directly.
We are fully committed and tirelessly dedicated to better support our customers everyday.
We will keep you updated on our network issue consistently and sincerely.
