Subscribers registering in dtac 1800 system as individuals both new and existing (not including corporate organizations and SMEs) can apply during today – 30 June 2010 or until further notice. The entitlement for the privileges will last up to 6 billing cycles from the registration date. |

Service rate under this plan is minute based charging. Details are as follows: |

Minimum monthly charge of 299 Baht, Monthly fee can not be used for call credit. |

2.2 |
Call rate within dtac network
- 10 pm – 5 pm: Free calls within dtac network up to 60 minutes per call, from 61st minute onward will be charged 1.50 Baht
per minute.
- Call outside of this special time period is 1.50 Baht/minute. |

2.3 |
Call to other networks will be charged 1.50 Baht/minute for 24 hours a day |

2.4 |
Free SMS within dtac network during 10 pm – 5 pm. |

SMS to other networks will be charged 1.5 Baht/msg./number |

2.6 |
Any SMS which is in Thai or contains both Thai and English characters altogether up to 70 characters (including vowels, spacing, and numbers) is counted as 1 message. English SMS of up to 160 characters (including spacing and numbers) is counted as 1 message. For any SMS containing more characters (including special characters and other language characters) than the specified amount in 1 message, calculation for the amount of characters per message will vary based on the system’s technical rules.

Unused minutes and Value Added Services will not be transferred to the next billing cycle. |

The charging rate of Value Added Services which not included in this package will be charged with the following rate: MMS 5 Baht/ msg./number, SMS 1.5 Baht/msg./number, GPRS 1 Baht/Minute |

Subscribers who apply “single” package can not apply for additional SMS package and any fun packages, but can apply for additional MMS and EDGE/GPRS packages. The service will commence after receiving SMS notification within 24 hours. |

These privileges are limited only to personal communication. If it appears in fact the privileges were exploited for business gains or for communication to other persons forcommercial purposes or for access to internet services which may be unlawful or cause public disturbances and a breach of moral standards, the company reserves the right to revoke these services or privileges without prior notices. |

Free SMS within dtac network privileges conforms to the terms and conditions as prescribed by the service provider and related law.
If it appears to cause technical disturbances or violate individual right, the company reserves the right to revoke these services or privileges without prior notices. |

The Free SMS privileges in this promotion can not be used for quiz game or campaign of other service providers which customer will be charged as prescribed by service provider. |

The above rates do not include international calling charge, international roaming charge, audio
text service, special number services, and other fees such as account reactivation fee and package
switching fee. These charges are exclusive of VAT. |

This promotion plan conforms to the terms and conditions as prescribed by the service provider. It
is recommended that the user should study additional information prior to subscribing any service

to cancel or change the call plans as deemed appropriate with prior notices. |
