Customers applying for SIM Happy Wai LINE from 30 March 2015 onward will receive the following service rates and privileges

1. Customers applying for SIM Happy Wai LINE 40 THB will receive free 15-THB calls valid for 30 days. Prepaid customers can apply to Happy Wai LINE promotion of which applying numbers must have at least 1 usage day balance and will be able to ruse the privilege after SMS confirmation.
2. SIM Happy Wai LINE service rates upon SMS confirmation within 24 hours after service activation (VAT excluded)
1. Calls to all Networks 0.015 THB/ second for 24 hour period (service rates are on second basis)
2. SMS is 2 THB/message, MMS is 5 THB/message. Thai or Thai-with-English SMS, 70 characters are counted as one SMS (including vowels, space and numbers). English SMS of 160 characters are counted as one SMS (including space and numbers). In the case of SMS characters exceeding limits above or contains special symbols or foreign languages, character counts will be calculated differently due to system technical limitations.
3. Happy internet VAS is 1.99 THB/ MB.
3. Customers apply for SIM Happy Wai LINE will receive unlimited usage privilege for 12 LINE Applications for 6 months. Customers will receive 1 free monthly usage after service activation, for month 2-6 there will be service charge of 49 THB/month (excludes VAT). For Happy internet usage beyond 12 LINE Applications, the system will charge 1.99 THB/MB (excludes VAT 7%) or customers can apply for available Happy internet VAS. The 12 LINE Applications are;

4. The system will automatically renew and deduct the service fees at the end of 12 LINE Applications usage cycle. If customers do not have sufficient balance for service fees deduction, the system will charge internet service of 1.99 THB/MB. Customers who apply to this SIM Happy Wai LINE can top up for unlimited 12 LINE Applications usage within the time of promotion period. Customers can apply to unlimited 12 LINE Applications package at *104*777*9# .
5. Customers apply to SIM Happy Wai LINE service will receive LINE Bonus 15 THB for every 100 THB usage via store.line.me (receive privileges twice a month, cycle starts at 1st of each month at 0.00 AM) for 60 days. The 100 THB service usage will be calculated to receive LINE Bonus only from usages that occur from;
• Domestic calls
• Internet usage and internet package application
• SMS service usage and SMS package application
• MMS service usage and MMS package application
  
  Other services usage will not be included for LINE Bonus calculation which are international calls, roaming services, WAP service, audio text, premium number service and other promotion services beyond the privilege mentioned above.

6. Customers must have sufficient usage balance for promotion privilege usage period. If usage day balance runs out before privilege expiration period, unused privilege will be forfeited. Customers can top up to extend privilege usage right.

8. Service fee rates above are only for domestic usage. Customers must study for more information prior to service application at 1678 dtac call center (3 THB per call). Service Provider reserves the right to cancel and/or adjust promotion as deem appropriate.
9. New customers must complete registration and provide required evidence per Service Provider’s policy before new SIM card issuing, privilege application or VAS application.
10. Service fee rates above exclude international calls, roaming services, WAP service, audio text, premium number service and other promotion services beyond the privilege mentioned above.
11. Customers must agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use, which may change at any time. It is customers’ responsibility to periodically check for such changes from dtac website or nationwide dtac customer centers.
12. Happy internet service with 4G/3G/EDGE technology is brought by Service Provider for convenience of Network customers. The service may have some limitations in certain locations or certain periods of time. The speed of 4G/3G/EDGE technology usage depends on service area, number of service users, connecting devices and the set-up of devices, which means each time service is not always with the continuous maximum speed. The movement of connecting devices might also temporarily affect data transmission and data transmission technology. Customers are encouraged to study usage instructions in full details.
1. Service Provider reserves the right to determine the service usage right of 4G/3G/EDGE technology of each type for Network management efficiency and convenience of customers communication in each time period. This may result in customers being limited in data transmission speed for Bit Torrent usage or files downloading and uploading or other usage that requires huge data amount continuously.
2. Service Provider reserves the right to manage the volume and speed of data transmission, log-in or connection to the internet service for fairness, equality and efficiency of telecommunication networks management.
3. The right to use 4G/3G/EDGE technology will be based on the number of privileged customers, including all services in and outside the 3G service area.
4. Service Provider does not encourage or is related to the case of customers using dtac internet services in violation of laws or terms of service in any form. If Service Provider finds out or has received complaints on such actions, the Service Provider reserves the right to immediately terminate service provided without prior notice.
13. If customers change to other promotion packages or change to Postpaid system, this promotion will be terminated. This promotion is not refundable, cash exchangeable or transferable to other numbers.
14. Customers are willing for Service Provider to access and analyze customers’ personal information that are recorded and stored in personal ID smart card and others given information for the benefits of telecommunication business management on promotion and VAS service activities. Customers are also willing for Service Provider (or the Company) to reveal, transmit and/or transfer customers’ personal information to domestic and international third party agents for such purposes.
15. Customers accept for Service Provider (or the Company) to offer promotion information and other privileges to customers via customers’ email address or other contact channels that customers provide to Service Provider.
16. This promotion is under terms and conditions of service provider. The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the service if found that the customer is not a registered user, use the service in a manner that contributes to technical defects, affecting the service to other customers, or use the SIM card with devices other than mobile phones or Air Card connecting devices or the devices not according to the standard of service provider.
17. The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust this promotion and terms and conditions without prior notice. Such changes will be considered as customers already acknowledge and accept the changes when there is announcement on Service Provider’s website or any other communication channels. Customers can additionally study terms and conditions at 1678 dtac call center (3 baht per call including 7% VAT).
18. This promotion and telecommunication service is intended for personal communication purpose for end-users only. Service Provider prohibits this promotion or service from being used for commercial or profit seeking objectives (for example, using for voice over IP service) or illegal purposes. If found that there is the use against Service Provider’s intention, Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or cancel the service and revoke the service privilege immediately. Customers will forfeit all rights that incur from service suspension or cancellation and/or usage rights according to promotion package.
