Apple iPhone Warranty Terms and Conditions

  1. Product warranty is according to manufacturer’s warranty – providing product guarantee for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  2. Service terms and conditions
    • Service Provide will replace device or accessories without any charge providing that the defects are results from manufacturing process or malfunctions from normal usage.
    • If defects of devices or accessories are results from misuse or out of warranty period, Service Provider will charge for fixing and repairing service. Customers are to be responsible for service fees approval and payment. Service Provider will inform the service fee for customer approvals before fixing and repairing services.
    • Service Provide is not responsible for existing data in device’s memory function in all cases.
  3. The product guarantee does not cover defects from misuse per given product manual instructions, LCD damages, defects from water exposure, accidents and natural disasters, defects from dropping and breaking, defects from device alteration or program installation from non-dtac staffs, defects from use of device not according to Service Provider’s standard and external breakages or scratches.
  4. This warranty only applies to products purchased from Total Access Communication Ltd (Public) or authorized retailers from the Company only. Customers can additionally study service terms and conditions at 1678 dtac call center (3 THB per call excluding VAT 7%).

  1. For newly registered customers, current individual and corporate customers, switching Networks with same numbers customers, and Pre-to-Postpaid customers can apply to Love & Roll full Max (Tem max) promotion from today until 31 December 2016.
  2. Love & Roll service rate fees (exclude VAT 7%)
    1. For newly registered customers;
      1. Love & Roll 599 full max receives privilege for 12 billing cycles from the date of application.

  3. The dtac internet service with EDGE/3G/4G technology is brought by Service Provider for convenience of Network customers. The service may have some limitations in certain locations or certain periods of time. The speed of 3G/4G technology usage depends on service area, number of service users, connecting devices and the set-up of devices, which means each time service is not always with the continuous maximum speed. The movement of connecting devices might also temporarily affect data transmission and data transmission technology. Customers are encouraged to study usage instructions in full details.
    1. As special privilege for Love & Roll package subscribers, remaining Internet can be carried over to next month as long as the subscriber remains registered to the package.
    2. In case of package change or cancellation during billing cycle, remaining Internet of the previous package will not be carried over to next month.
    3. The right to use 3G/4G technology will be based on the number of privileged customers, including all services in and outside the 3G/4G service area
    4. Service Provider reserves the right to manage the volume and speed of data transmission, log-in or connection to the internet service for fairness, equality and efficiency of telecommunication networks management.

  6. Unused free calls right and free dtac internet VAS are not able to carry over to next billing cycle and are not refundable or for cash transfer.
  7. The right above only applies for domestic usage only. Service rate fees above are excluded of VAT 7%.

  9. Thai or Thai-with-English SMS, 70 characters are counted as one SMS. English SMS of 160 characters are counted as one SMS.
