Apple iPhone Warranty Terms and Conditions

  1. Product warranty is according to manufacturer’s warranty – providing product guarantee for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  2. Service terms and conditions
    • Service Provide will replace device or accessories without any charge providing that the defects are results from manufacturing process or malfunctions from normal usage.
    • If defects of devices or accessories are results from misuse or out of warranty period, Service Provider will charge for fixing and repairing service. Customers are to be responsible for service fees approval and payment. Service Provider will inform the service fee for customer approvals before fixing and repairing services.
    • Service Provide is not responsible for existing data in device’s memory function in all cases.
  3. The product guarantee does not cover defects from misuse per given product manual instructions, LCD damages, defects from water exposure, accidents and natural disasters, defects from dropping and breaking, defects from device alteration or program installation from non-dtac staffs, defects from use of device not according to Service Provider’s standard and external breakages or scratches.
  4. This warranty only applies to products purchased from Total Access Communication Ltd (Public) or authorized retailers from the Company only. Customers can additionally study service terms and conditions at 1678 dtac call center (3 THB per call excluding VAT 7%).

  • Excess call to all Networks is 1.50 THB/minute (remaining seconds are rounded up to full minute).
  • Excess internet usage is 0.20 THB/ MB.
  • SMS is 1 THB/SMS/number and MMS is 5 THB/message/number.
  • Customers participating in this promotion will receive dtac internet VAS privilege per the following details;
    1. Love & Roll customers will be able to carry over unused dtac internet balance of current month to the next month for one-time. This unused dtac internet balance will be added on top of current dtac internet for each month’s package. In case of promotion package change, the Company reserves the right to forfeit this privilege.
    2. Customers will receive this dtac internet VAS privilege after confirmation SMS within 1 hour after application. If customers use the service before confirmation SMS, the System will charge per normal rates.
    3. In the case of promotion expiration or excess usage, the System will charge per normal rates or currently held promotions.
  • dtac internet service right is only for 4G/3G/EDGE technology usage.
  • Privileges above are only for domestic usage.
  • Service rate fees above are excluded of VAT 7%.
