After Sales Service
 
We help in replacing a device (not including other equipment in the box) immediately when the device is in the warranty period. Warranty period is 12 months starting from the time of purchase provided the device is not out of warranty. If out of warranty, a service fee will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Conditions on After Sales Service and Warranty
 
1.The conditions applying to the telephones shall follow the warranty conditions of the manufacturers with warranty on all items lasting 1 year from the day of purchase.
2.Conditions for repairs
  • Service personnel will provide repair or replacement service as needed without charge when the telephone or associated equipment fail due to manufacturing problems or due to failure of internal parts in the course of normal use.
  • However, when the telephone or associated equipment fail due to improper use or when the warranty period has expired, service personnel will charge a service fee.  In such cases, the customer shall be responsible for paying this repair or inspection fee. Service personnel shall inform the customer of the service fee before making repairs.
  • Service personnel shall not be responsible for the loss of any data that may be in the device memory.
3.The warranty on these products shall not cover losses due to improper use of the equipment as advised in the manuals provided with the products. The warranty shall not cover damage to the LCD screen, including cracks, scratches or breakage. It shall not cover any damage due to contact with water for any reason or damage due to accident of any kind. The warranty shall not cover damage due to natural disaster or rough impact or dropping the device. It shall not cover any damage due to modification, repair or reprogramming performed by anyone who is not an official service technician of dtac. The warranty shall not cover damage arising from connection of the equipment to devices that do not come with the product. It shall not cover external impact damage such as scratches or breakage of any kind. 
4.The warranty shall cover only products sold by Total Access Communication Limited (Public Company) or by retailers authorized by the company. Customers may seek additional information on warranty and repair conditions by calling the 1678 dtac call center (a service charge of 3 baht per minute, not including Value Added Tax of 7% shall apply)
