- Participating customers will receive promotion privileges as the following;
- SIM purchase and registration and all new Happy SIM activation receives 1 lucky draw right.
- Top up 50 THB in all channel receives 1 lucky draw right, except top up from monthly number and Jai Dee Transfer service.
- Apply for phone or internet promotion package from 9 THB and above receives 2 lucky draw rights.
- Lucky draw for Mercedes-Benz model CLA 180 Urban with first class insurance policy and 1-year PTT gasoline voucher, total 8 prizes. And Mercedes-Benz model CLS 250 AMG Premium with first class insurance policy, 1-year PTT gasoline voucher and 1-year allowance for personal chauffer for 1 prize. - The Company will use mobile phone numbers for 9 lucky draw pieces on 5 Nov, 12 Nov, 19 Nov, 26 Nov, 3 Dec, 11 Dec, 17 Dec, 24 Dec and 29 Dec 15 at dtac TriNet Company Limited 319 Chamchuri Square Building, Payathai Road, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330.
- Lucky winner announcement on 5 Nov, 13 Nov, 20 Nov, 27 Nov, 4 Dec, 14 Dec, 18 Dec, 25 Dec and 30 Dec 15 via http://dtac.co.th/s/dreamcar and will contact winners directly by given participating mobile numbers.
- Lucky winners can check winner announcement list within 5 days from the weekly date of lucky draw. The Company will contact winners for announcement and prize claiming process.
- Lucky winner must contact the Company for prize confirmation within 5 working days (Monday – Friday) from the date of announcement. The Company reserves the right to give the prize to wait-list winners in case of late claims.
- Winners must have active dtac TriNet Prepaid user status (only individual customers, excludes juristic person customers) and must properly register according to legal requirement. Usage balance is not lower than 1 THB at the date of prize receiving. Winners must bring personal ID issued by government with 1 copy and Prepaid mobile number for prize claiming documents at the Company within 30 working days from each winner announcement date, otherwise winners will be deemed to forfeit the winning prize, prize then will be given to waiting list winners. In case of winner appointing someone else to claim the prize, kindly provide authorization letter, personal ID and 1 copy (endorsed for authorization and document accuracy). The Company reserves the right for usage of winner names and photos for public relation purposes.
- One winner is qualified for only 1 highest-value prize for entire promotion campaign. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other prizes, or transfer to other people.
- The Company will draw for waiting list lucky winners in case of winner duplication or original winners disqualification due to requirement incompletion or violation of terms and conditions of prize claiming per stated.
- The Company will responsible for VAT and 5% withholding tax according to prize’s value.
- For 1-year chauffer prize, the Company reserves the right for work hours from 8.30 AM to 17.30 PM within Bangkok Metropolitan area only. If the chauffer works outside this time period, winner must be responsible for all other incurred expenses.
- The Company will collect all participating customers paper pieces for each round in the same container and clearly visible in the are of lucky draw activity. Lucky entries will be well mixed and throw them up in the air for reputable referee to pick the lucky winner in front of promotion campaign committee and other witnesses.
- Employees and family members of dtac TriNet Co. Ltd. and affiliated companies and divisions are not eligible for participation.
- The Company reserves the right to record images and video clips of lucky winners and to use for public relation purposes without permission and reimbursement.
- The Company is not responsible for quality of prizes. This will be direct responsibility from manufacturer and/or direct service providers.
- Committee’s decision is considered final.
- The Company reserves the right to adjust terms and conditions and prizes with similar or more values without prior notices.
