    1. Blackberry value-added services are the services provided for Blackberry handsets. The services are divided into three types below:

    2. dtac subscribers can apply for three types of BlackBerry value-added service below:
    2.1. BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) value-added service caters to postpaid and prepaid subscribers as well as postpaid SME and organization subscribers of mobile phone services.
    2.2. BlackBerry Professional Software (BPS) value-added service caters to postpaid SME and organization subscribers of mobile phone services.
    2.3. BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) value-added service caters to postpaid organization subscribers of mobile phone services (not including prepaid customers).
    3. dtac subscribers can apply for BlackBerry value-added services through the following channels:
    3.1. Postpaid and prepaid dtac subscribers in general can apply for BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) value-added service at all branches of dtac service hall (except Suvarnabhumi Airport and Benjachinda branch), participating dtac centers and promotion booths as well as via 1678 dtac call center (3 baht per call).
    3.2. Postpaid SME subscribers can apply for BlackBerry Professional Software (BPS) value-added service at participating dtac centers and with direct sales representatives of dtac SME unit.
    3.3. Postpaid organization subscribers can apply for BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) value-added service with direct sales representatives of dtac goood business unit.

    4. Restrictions on usage of BlackBerry value-added services
    4.1. The Subscriber of BlackBerry value-added services shall access the services with a BlackBerry handset, which are operated only by Research in Motion (RIM) Company. Service terms and conditions, restrictions and capabilities of some BlackBerry models shall conform to the terms and conditions set forth by Research in Motion.
    4.2. Selection of BlackBerry value-added service and service rate depends on selected promotion program as stipulated by the service provider while using the service.
    4.3. The service provider reserves the right to amend, modify or cancel promotion program without having to inform the Subscriber in advance. The Subscriber can contact 1678 dtac call center (3 baht per call) or visit www.dtac.co.th/blackberry to learn more about service conditions and conditions of value-added service packages.

    BlackBerry Life and BlackBerry Life 30DAY package : 350 baht/month
    • BlackBerry®service usage for Instant Messaging (BlackBerry®Messenger, Windows Live™Messenger, Yahoo!®Messenger, Google Talk™, AOL and ICQ®) Email (receive up to 10 free email accounts) and unlimited Social networking (Facebook®,Flickr™,myspace and Twitter™)

    For registered individual 1800 GSM dtac/happy users with privileges that will last up to 24 billings cycles starting from the day you applied

    1. BlackBerry Internet UNLIMIT and BlackBerry Internet 30DAY package : 790 baht/month
    • Unlimited usage of top up BlackBerry®service and top up dtac internet
    2. BlackBerry BeMail and BlackBerry BeMail 30DAY package : 299 baht/month
    • BlackBerry®service usage for Instant Messaging (BlackBerry®Messenger, Windows Live™Messenger, Yahoo!®Messenger, Google Talk™, AOL and ICQ®) and Email (receive up to 10 free email accounts). This package is unavailable for any internet usage.
    3. BlackBerry BeSocial and BlackBerry BeSocial 30DAY package : 299 baht/month
    • BlackBerry®service usage for Instant Messaging (BlackBerry®Messenger, Windows Live™Messenger, Yahoo!®Messenger, Google Talk™, AOL and ICQ®) and Social networking (Facebook®, myspace and Twitter™). This package is unavailable for any internet usage.
    • This promotion cannot be used with MultiSIM service
    • In case the subscriber has already applied for another top up happy/dtac internet package the aforementioned package has to be cancelled first otherwise the subscriber will be charged both top up BlackBerry package fees and the previous top up internet package’s fee. This case will not be applied for BlackBerry life/ BlackBerry Life 30DAY because the internet doesn’t included in the service fee also the internet fee will be charged basing on the selected main package.
    • BlackBerry BeMail/BlackBerry BeMail 30DAY and BlackBerry BeSocial/BlackBerry BeSocial 30DAY are unavailable to use for international purpose.
    • This promotion is only for BlackBerry handset users.
    • The aforementioned service rates are exclusive of VAT and only for domestic usage
